We were…read moregreeted by a petite woman with glasses and dirty brown hair (I'm sorry I didn't get her name!) she was friendly and helpful. My boyfriend asked about a khaki/linen colored kind of long pants. She brought us to the corner of the store and there was 1 pair left. The size was too big! But luckily we could get it tailored.. oh wait, T-1.5 weeks she said?! That idea was out the window. Tailoring usually takes about 2 weeks.. She then took us to the back of the store where there were a few more selections and picked one out that was exactly my boyfriends size! My boyfriend tried them on (tried the squat test) and they passed his criteria list. Thank goodness. We brought them back to the front of the store and she helped ring him up. Thanks so much! Would definitely recommend this salesperson if we ever need to come back.

A saleswoman told us we had to wait because they were very busy, which I understood, even though there was only one other customer in the entire store. We said that was fine and that we'd just look around in the meantime. She seemed to misinterpret that as us needing immediate help and began showing us where to look. Then a man came over and pointed out the tuxedos, there were only two options. We were then told my fiancé wasn't allowed to try on any of the suit jackets. When I expressed concern that he couldn't try on the tuxedo he was considering wearing on our wedding day, both employees responded with something along the lines of, "Well, it's like this everywhere." I promised my fiancé I wouldn't leave a negative review unless I was still upset about it weeks later. It's been a month, and I'm still baffled by how rude the staff was. We only chose a large chain because we have groomsmen all over the United States and needed something convenient for everyone. Normally, we would have loved to use a local mom-and-pop shop, but it's just not practical to have people from Arizona fly to Staten Island for a suit fitting before our destination wedding. All in all, this experience completely turned me off to Men's Wearhouse. Why anyone would go to a store in person and not be allowed to try on the suit beforehand is beyond me. Policies like that are pushing customers like us toward online platforms, which is exactly what we ended up using. There are plenty of great options out there. It's important to note that this review reflects our experience with the staff only, not the suits or their quality. We weren't given a fair opportunity to evaluate those. What a frustrating way to begin our wedding planning journey.

I came to Primark to shop, not to train for survival in the Sahara Desert…read more The second I walked through the doors, I was hit with a wall of heat so intense I genuinely thought I might suffer a heat stroke. By the time I made it through one section of the store, I was sweating like I had just run a marathon in July. Forget trying on clothes--I was trying to stay conscious. The employees looked just as miserable. The poor guy at the register looked ready to faint barely 20 minutes into his shift. I honestly felt bad for him. To make matters worse, even the manager mentioned how unbearable the heat was and practically begged me to tell someone because the staff is suffering. I don't know if the air conditioning was broken or if there simply isn't any, but something needs to be done. Customers shouldn't need electrolyte drinks and a cooling vest just to browse for socks. Great prices, but the temperature inside felt like Primark: The Oven Edition. Please turn the AC on before someone melts into the floor.

So the price is reasonable but the quality is not so good. Telco or rainbow sells better quality products! Return is such a headache with this store ! And it's way to far from where I live . Most of the time I just give it away rather then come to return the item & get treated like a crap! Btw anyone who doesn't know where it is , it's inside Staten Island mall .
