There was a single rack of clothes on the wall and two free standing with sale items. It looked as thought they were doing a final close out push. On the bright side the guy working behind the counter was friendly and out going. We talked about Thrashers KOTR and watched some clips from this current KOTR tour and the vibe was good. I hope they kick it back into gear as locally owned is always better than chain shops pushing their agenda and sales figures...

He gave me great customer service. Within just a few days, the owner, Lori ? (Laurie) called me to arrange for my bringing it into the store and fully explained the process so there would not be any surprises or disappointment at the time of our transaction next week. If I'm seriously considering a pair of shoes, I would want to try both. I'm thinking maybe nothing to her but to me it's over 100.00 we could spend where we get a paper receipt and a better attitude. I said that's ok we won't be taking - I didn't even finish my sentence she takes the shoes and turns her back. I just say ok thank you and we leave. This is one of the stories that does carry more north face then other academy's I have been too! That's probably the only upside to it! We have also found more ammunition here then any other academy. The shoes are super unorganized!!! I needed to find one pair and it took me a while but I found it!!!! It's a good store just to go in and out to expect much out of the place.
