Unfortunately, I still haven't received the product I ordered. It turns out my address was entered incorrectly due to autofill, and despite reaching out multiple times, the issue still hasn't been corrected or reshipped to correct address. The replies I've received seem automated, and I'm not sure if there's an actual customer service team handling inquiries. I even updated my address in my profile, but nothing has changed. I won't issue a chargeback since I understand I made the purchase, but at this point, it feels like I've lost my money. read more

I Ike the idea, their concept snd all but they did not answer my question about their curcumin product still. I've reached out - no answers. I purchased several of their minerals in the curcumin and the bottle is so thick that the droppers don't work I tried my own dropper and it's so thick. It still doesn't work so you can't get correct dosages unless you use a spoon and you end up wasting and it's just not properly made for the bottle that they sell it in and basically it's somewhat of waste of money.-- if they would answer questions it would be great. Earlier I did run into an issue with ordering with them and it not being delivered yet. They are not that far away from my house, so I have no idea why it was taking so long, and they did answer that question, but it still took quite a while for the delivery to arrive. As far as the minerals that they sell, I don't know that they're really all that superior to some of the other other minerals that I have used over the years. I'm very athlete, and I've used a number of very high-quality products and was hoping to try theirs out and I am. It's a little too early to say how I feel, but With the customer service it's not the best and there was no instructions really in the box but you can read the label and that does what it does read more

Product has always been good. On my last order they sent the wrong product, no big deal things happen. When I contacted them they told me I was wrong and they sent the correct product. Then complete silence, I've responded to the original email and created a new email from their website, called a number found online that nobody ever answers. I've sent a message on instagram that's read and ignored, left a comment on a picture that was deleted and now comment restricted. Although the products are good, customer service is awful. There is no phone number and they refuse to take calls, per Cole "Our call center is booked up". I was charged for the items and they say I never ordered. Very disappointed! read more

**UPDATE** Someone from the company reached out and corrected the situation. Okay so let me start by saying that this product is the best that I have been able to find. It has saved my hair from falling out and is helping it grow. I've been using the shampoo and conditioner for almost 2 years now with no issue other than it being out of stock periodically... HOWEVER. The last time I ordered the conditioner and went to use it, it had shampoo in the conditioner bottle instead of conditioner. Really weird and unexpected and honestly really inconvenient because I really needed conditioner as my hair is fragile and when I try and use anything else my hair falls out. But I understand that stuff happens so I try to find a way to reach out to customer service to get it addressed. And this is where my experience with this company goes bad. They don't have a phone number listed on their site but I found one on google and left a message, got no reply and kept trying the number but no one ever answered. So I sent an email using their contact page. No reply. As a last resort I replied to one of the followup emails and finally got a reply. The so called "customer service" rep replied in a very rude manner. Saying "we'll be looking into this as this is highly unlikely". NO apology for the inconvenience or the fact that they sent a messed up product, NO accountability and NO consideration for the customer. And on top of that insinuating that I made this up after I have been a long time customer that has had no returns, no issues whatsoever. He did say he would send a new bottle out but it has been a week and I have not recieved a new product. I sent a follow up email offering to send back the botched product I had recieved and asked for an ETA on the new bottle because I urgently need it and got no reply. This is literally the worst customer service. Zuma needs to do better. Since I literally can't use anything else without damaging my hair I will order a new conditioner. But a message to Zuma, when you mess up you're supposed to FIX IT not make your customer work extra hard to fix it and have to buy a replacment for YOUR botched product and making them unneccessarily spend more money. We'll see if I end up receiving the replacement or a reply from the company in which case I will update this review. read more
