I walked in with questions on a few vitamins and was recommended three different items and was told that they had a return policy. After a couple of weeks I called the store telling them that I was very unsatisfied and was given the you need to give it an easy 3-4 weeks to start to feel the difference. A few months back, I went to the Vitamin Shoppe to look for a Sports Drink, which I purchased. While I was waiting, I decided to check out their other products; 1, being in the back on the bottom shelf, called Horny Goat Weed in a package that didn't give me enough information. Can I get a little help over here?" I cannot give this place a one because they do sell vitamins and were open when I walked in. My problem was that I needed liquid B6 for my child and I called to put it on hold. When I got to the store the girl lied and said they did not sell it in liquid form and only in tablets. When I asked if there were child friendly B6 vitamins she rolled her eyes and snapped that they don't make anything child friendly. I came back to the store later and I guess it was a miracle because they had B6 in liquid form. So after two trips and several phone calls I got what was there in the first place.
