I don't used to do this but I have to, I'm a regular customer but this happened so on Monday I went to buy Protein the total of it was 109.XX, I pay 100 in cash n the rest was card, but after 4 days they call me telling me the 100 bill was fake, saying if I don't go solve asap they will notify to the police, to me was weird because I used to work as a cashier n I know they count the money everyday or when are we paying they gotta check the bill , but I think they didn't, and for that i was getting in trouble when it was not my fault, I went there and pay it they let me know the same day or the next day okey but this happened 4 days after the purchase so of course I got concerned, I call the guy back after work try to know why 4 days after n he get rude almost yelling me that if I don't go fix it he will call the police and they won't listen to me and just take me to the jail for paying with a fake bill, I sent my sis back to get the bill and pay with another, after that we went to the bank and they said it was real , it was just old, NEXT TIME DO BETTER WITH YOUR WORKERS and I HOPE THIS DO NOT HAPPEN TO SOMEONE ELSE JUST FOR PAYING WITH A OLD BILL. read more

I dropped in here in mid-May in search of a fat burner. I don't really take supplements anymore because I have far too many other priorities in life now to make my fitness high on that list. Don't get me wrong, I still work out when I can but I am nowhere near the shape I was in 20 years ago. I'm clearly not obese but I could stand to lose 15-20 pounds, just like most people. So with summer vacations coming up, that's why I came. My brother had recommended a product, so naturally I looked directly for that one. I compared it with a couple other similar products and found that I was having difficulty with making a decision. I'm a Libra; it's a curse. So I asked the staff member, Justin, about it. I told him my situation, was honest about my current time constraints, limitations and goals. He wasn't busy so he took the time to chat with me about it all. He made his recommendations and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the products and their researched based evidence. I went with his advice and went up to pay. I joined the GNC Rewards program. To be honest, I'm not sure why. Like I said, I'm not at the gym 5 days a week anymore at this stage of my life. But I liked Justin, it didn't cost anything and it couldn't hurt so I said, why not? So after I paid, Justin remembered he had a coupon for the product I purchased. He went through the process of refunding a portion of my money back when he didn't really have to. Like I said, I had already paid and he didn't have to say anything to me about the discount. I really respect and appreciated what he did because he just didn't have to. That's great, compassionate customer service. He really seemed to care about his customers. Horrible. Whoever owns this GNC is responsible for the terrible customer service. Walked in told the employee (young guy) my wife was recommended by our doctor to do a colon cleansing after she finished the antibiotics. He strolled I've and says "down there is all we got" and strolls away without explaining or offering how to take, etc.., no other customers in the place. I guess I interrupted his day. The Good: The super helpful Mr.James The Bad: Wish some of the products were cheaper Went by for a quick vitamin~run. The rep that works at this place, James, was just BEYOND AMAZING!! He seems to really know his products. I was throwing a bunch of questions at him and he knew like, everything!!! I loved that he was able to give recommendations as well as answer all questions. He was so helpful and sweet! I really wish some of the products were a bit cheaper but that's really not the store's fault I guess. If you need help with info on any products you wanna try for the first time or just need a refill on your existing regimen, give them a try and let James enlighten you with his endless knowledge about what you may or may not need. read more

I have a pretty set workout regime and I get the most helpful tips from James at GNC who really knows his stuff. He's always making really helpful suggestions about the type of protein or supplements I need for the mass I'm trying to gain. I've been to a couple other locations but this one is by far the best one. Go see him especially if you're just getting in to working out hard. My boyfriend and I were not welcomed when we walked in, the guy didn't ask if we needed help finding something and was on his phone the entire time. He didn't look up once or say a word to us the entire time except for the total. Some buff, tall white dude, didn't catch his name.
