The cashier, Opal, was extraordinarily patient. She didn't rush her, didn't sigh, and didn't treat her like an inconvenience. Instead, she calmly walked her through how to locate the number on her phone, ensured she received the savings she was entitled to, and graciously answered multiple questions afterward. It was genuine kindness -- not performative, not transactional -- just respectful and thoughtful service. What made it even more special was that the manager on duty, Gina, came over to bag groceries at our line. As Opal was ringing up my order, I asked Gina if she was Opal's manager. You could see a split-second look cross her face, as though she were bracing for a complaint. But I quickly told her that Opal had delivered exemplary customer service to the woman ahead of me. Gina was visibly relieved and appreciative when she realized it was praise. And Opal heard the whole exchange! It was such a sweet moment. In a world where people are quick to criticize and slow to compliment, this interaction truly stood out. They all seem very knowledgeable about all their products and actually use the products themselves so they can tell you about their first-hand experiences with them. We are very grateful for all their help over the past 1+ year. It seems like they have something to address every problem you might have and they are priced well. I will say that you can usually tell the difference between their brand and the originals. Their home and clothing section can be addicting. I've been coming here for a little over a year now and would habitually do pickup Always decent service, food always consistent This week I decided to try the delivery option they had since i was on a time crunch but still wanted to have my clean food prepped for the week Their system wouldn't let me deliver any earlier than 10AM first of all Second, they never explained that they just used DoorDash No email confirmation whatsoever of my food being picked up by dasher, dasher than took too long to deliver my food & I had to leave for work I called in to DESIREE twice to get my eta, on the third I asked if she can just get the driver to turn back around & drop the food back off & they store it so it won't go bad and I'd pick it up the next day DESIREE said she would call the dasher and call me back regardless to figure out a solution NO CALL NO SOLUTION just spoiled food sitting on my front doorstep starting at 1030AM and I won't be getting home until 10PM You would think if I spend $200+/wk on meal prep services that I'd receive better service Normally yes, just not from DESIREE
