NATREN PROBIOTICS CHANGED MY LIFE AND WELLBEING Over a year ago I was diagnosed with severe Rosacea. It came out of the blue after having a very mild case of Covid-19. I consulted with multiple dermatologists and my PCP. The answer was: You gotta be on antibiotics for the rest of your life. There is no cure for Rosacea. WHAT A NIGHTMARE this company is and the founder is my neighbor! No communication from them is possible. I went to the police and got my refund in hours. This company is scamming people with fake licensed providers who take your money, ship you an enema and don't care if it causes a tear in your rectum. Poorly designed product with a lot of hype and no substance. This owner needs to find some integrity. The word is out on social media, go elsewhere for your probiotic products. I haven't had the chance to try the product yet, but the customer service is the WORST that I have ever experienced. I placed my product order last week and was charged (required) for 2 day AIR. The UPS delivery shipped out and then UPS shipped the product back to CA and then back to me - delivering two days LATE. The product is packed in dry ice because it is not supposed to get warm. I opened the box and could took out the product and the bottle was hot. I sent an email to the company to ask for consideration and included a copy of the messed up delivery. No answer. I called twice today to speak to the ONE person in the company that I was told could handle my issue. NO RETURN CALLS and I am consistently placed on hold as no one wants to answer the issue. I asked for a new product shipment so I could get fresh product and asked for my delivery fee to be waived due to the problems that I experienced. NO ANSWER. So I'm stuck with a spoiled $70 delivery that no one will take responsibility for. Sandra - are you there? The best probiotics you can find in the markets. I have been using it for approximately 20 years after attending a 3 day retreat camp in Santa Barbara, held by Dr. Lei, a MIT PhD. Dr. Lei recommended this product, said when we noticed illness, many times it is because bad backterias are more than good backterias in our body, therefore, by increasing the good backterias we would strengthen our health. Using this concept, I was able to help friends regain/ improve their health tremendously, including saving my mother's life in 2004. For me, I am taking 1 to 2 capsules a day as maintenance. In September, I also used it to treat a large 2nd degree burned wound, it healed within a few days, much much better than the cream prescribed by an urgent care doctor.
