After that analysis visit, today the brilliant pond guy and the crew came, fixed, resolving our leak (it leaked alot, in recent years). The pond guy also reviewed our sprinkler system and found one popup head not needed, causing a two zone extra over lapping, which caused a little flooding between those two adjacent zones. I had to scramble to reschedule a work meeting that was supposed to start 20 minutes after they arrived. It seems like they would do good enough work but the hassle of scheduling and payment will have me looking elsewhere when we have future needs.

We came up with a plan and he was able to complete it within the same week. Delano was responsive and great with communication throughout the whole process. He provided different options along with thorough explanations and without pressure. He was even great with follow up after the work was completed to make sure there were no issues. And actually there was a minor issue with the new sod covering my sprinkler heads, and he came out to adjust it right away.
