Save yourself the time. We called ZR Massage and made 3 separate appointments for an hour each at 3:45p. We arrived at 3:40, we stepped into an establish with workers who are confused about their own schedule. The lady acted as if she didn't remember at first and then called someone. It was hard to understand her as her English is very limited. After a while of her going back and forth with someone of the phone, she informed us using gestures that there was only 2 workers. The person she was talking to is 15minutes away and would be here shortly for the third massage. We agreed that if the other employee is just 15minutes away that the other two ppl should start their massages. Here is where the longest wait began because 15, 20, 30 minutes later no one showed. The 2 ladies peeked out around the corner but that's it. About 40 minutes in, one lady came out giggling as she acknowledged me to which I responded it's not funny. She did apologize and looked out the window for people. It has been 50minutes and someone just showed up. Three people walked in carrying stuff and apologized. Now, instead of an hour massage I am offered a 30min massage because the other people are almost done. One lady did offer a $10 discount on the 30min massage. There was one guy in the group of three who asked one of the ladies as he walked out "how long has she been waiting?" but he said nothing to me. I'm so tired and annoyed at this point I will not be accepting a 30 min massage when we called an scheduled for an hour. I guess they are thinking the other people will wait an hour on their couch the same way I have. However, we carpooled plus I have everyone's phone so I'll continue to wait. I'm so confused as to why everyone is giggling and smiling saying sorry when this is a situation that could have been avoided. Do not overbook yourself and lie to your customers. Be better.
