We met with several wedding planners, who were all great, but once we met Lisa we knew she was the one! Lisa immediately felt like family, someone you could trust, someone who listened and asked all the right questions. She always has your best interest in mind and is always there to remind you that everything will be okay. We selected the "wedding planning assistance" package because we truly needed all the help we could get! I would HIGHLY recommend this package to anyone because wedding planning is truly a marathon and Lisa is your coach during the whole process. She helps you sort out all the details that you don't even realize you need to think about. Right away, she came up with a game plan that prioritized our budget. She recommended vendors who, on our wedding day, delivered top-tier service. She is well-connected within the San Diego wedding industry and is beloved by these vendors, and I understand why. She attended vendor meetings with us and made sure the vendors understood our vision all while remaining cost-conscious. Did I mention she helped us stay within our budget?! Bailey and I frequently communicated with Lisa, asking her all kinds of questions. She responded quickly and offered incredible advice when we were torn between certain decisions. The reception hall of my wedding allowed a 4 hour window the day prior to drop off items and begin setup and their delivery drivers worked with the schedule and was there right when the hall was opened for us to setup. I also only had a 30 minute window for the hall to be unlocked for me the morning after the event for the chairs to be picked up and their drivers worked with my schedule. I was considering renting a box truck to pick up the rentals to waive the delivery fee but after seeing how large the load was and how hard the two delivery drivers worked, the delivery fee was 100% worth it and their two drivers did a phenomenal job. They did not have all of the chairs we wanted in their inventory on my event day so they subleased the remainder from another rental company for a very reasonable fee. They took care of the sublease for the additional chairs behind the scenes and it was so smooth that I wouldn't of have known it was subleased. All of the chairs were a perfect match and made all the difference in the overall setup of our wedding. Huge thank you to the two delivery drivers, they were on time and do some serious work unloading and loading the equipment.
