They sell underwear here, but only one brand: Fruit Of The Zoom. Actually a pretty good tanning salon, and the other reviews don't do it justice. The stand up booths are perfectly nice. They gave me a good tan when I used this place and even though I'm not a member anymore I still like the girls in here and I like the place and I think that it's professional and certainly not as dirty as some of the places I've been, it's pretty average in that regard, so I'm not sure how that can warrant one star. EXTREMELY NASTY FRONT DESK WORKER. My friend and I walked in and the second we opened the front door the heavy set with bleach blonde hair screams at us, "If your getting a spray tan get out. First visit here. I hadn't been tanning for a while but my doctor recommended it for my psoriasis and this was local to me. I went in and was greeted by a very friendly, professional girl Who took the time to walk me through all the different options. I decided to go and do just a pay as I go option, I also picked up some lotion and tanning goggles. The place was clean, the machine worked great, and it was a good deal. Nice people but the stand up booths are dirty, filthy with no less than 3 bulbs out in each. They are over bearingly HOT with no towels available. There is wire grating over the bulbs with hair stuck on them. I have been tanning over 35 years and have never seen anything so disgusting. I used to use their UV tan long ago and was satisfied with it. Because I do not want to keep tanning I decided to try the spray tan. Using a level 2 clear I am not satisfied. The spray tan is very uneven. After 2 sprays my back was uneven and their was a white ring around my lips. It seems that I literally have to get sprayed every other day or I will start to look splotchy. After 3 sprays my hands are extremely splotchy. I am trying to decide if I should finish out my membership and keep tanning or just let this bad spray tan fade and just wear gloves. I can't hide my face so i'm Trying to cover up the ring around my lips as much as possible with foundation. I provided pictures to show you guys what I mean. The first picture of my lips was a day after I tanned. The one of my hands was 3 days after. I don't get how many say they only spray once a week. I have to go every other day with zoom tan to not look splotchy. Overall it's only around $40/ month for a spray tan but I would rather pay more money to not look ridiculous and splotchy. My friend went and asked for another tan because she was splotchy as well. read more

No cell phone? NO TAN FOR YOU!!! Discriminatory in my opinion. They REQUIRE your drivers license, which they record by scanning into a reader. They REQUIRE you use a fingerprint scanner, and they REQUIRE that you give them a cell phone number. Since I was unable (read unwilling) to give them my personal cell phone number - but did offer them my land-line number, I was refused a membership! I asked why they NEEDED my cell number - and the official "reason" - in case I HAD AN EMERGENCY. How obtuse! If it's MY cell number, and I'm having an emergency of some sort, why would you call ME? Other than verifying my payment/ID are indeed legit, I have to wonder why Zoom Tan is HARVESTING your license image, cell phone number, credit card number, and FINGER PRINT in addition to email addy. What's next? DNA sample? And frankly it looks a bit worn down in there and in need of a scrub up. read more

The girls who work in the store are great and always helpful! However, their customer service is the worst, and Katherine, the manager, is awful! I have tanned there the past year and paid for a years membership ($143) for 2017. My situation may be changing so I would not be able to use it. I was told by the manager, Katherine, that she would not refund the $143. This is not right, it's stealing from a good customer. Be very careful purchasing any type of long term membership! The code of ethics is not practiced at Zoom Tan customer service!!! read more

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The salon is so clean and you will notice an increase in your tan very quickly with their stand up booths. Their spray tan booths are so fast and the color turns out amazing every time! read more
