Received an email from Matthew P. right after placing my order notifying me of the milling defects on the frame on the best one they had in stock (with pictures attached in an email from him), and wanted to know how I'd like to proceed. I notified Springfield Armory about the issue and the firearm in question was sent back to S.A. (before heading my way). Matthew spoke with my wife and took care of the defective SA-35 being sent to Springfield Armory immediately. I called S.A. every week they had it for updates, and they decided to replace the SA-35 in question and send it back to Grady's and then to my FFL. Once received at Grady's, Matthew made a point to get my SA-35 from the loading dock the day it arrived at Grady's, looked it over for any issues, and immediately sent it to my FFL next day air after giving it a thumbs up. Matthew P. went above and beyond in customer service to ensure this customer was accommodated (being a disabled veteran on a limited income). I can't say thank you enough to Matthew P. for all he did to have a happy customer!

Dont go there. I've been going to this store since 1990. Admittedly, I haven't been in this store…read moresince 2010 but I went into the store 2 weeks ago when driving to S.C. There is now less inventory and there is no longer a wall of used guns I can inspect. I've spent thousands of dollars there over the years, especially on the tax sales day after Christmas. They will not last much longer, unfortunately. They have way too many employees hanging out and acting like "experts", plus I was ignored by the "knowledgeable" kids working the pistol counter. Which I found out was a blessing because the prices were well over 25% markup over acceptable consumer prices and I couldn't negotiate. Which was never the case in the past. I've given them one strategy to improve their business, but that wont save them.
