Zong is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants because it doesn't serve traditional Chinese fare but instead, adds a modern twist to it which I thoroughly enjoy and salivate over. The interiors have an edgy feature to what you would normally consider as Chinese elements while the play of glass and metal is a testament to its modernism. Normally for starters, the Hot Prawn Salad is crazy addictive - hot prawns, light mayonnaise, cashew nuts and firm fruits. The interplay of textures is an orgasm in the palette. The Salted Fish Rice is large enough for sharing and is also strangely addictive. I suppose fried rice and bits of dried fish makes you eat more. Also, an eggplant dish in a clay pot as one of their best sellers will not disappoint. My brothers love their Salt and Pepper spareribs which I feel most carnivores would as well. read more
