The last work…read moretruck I had from 2017 until 2021 had years of dirt, spilled drinks, stains in the seats and other goodies left behind by my kids. A-class made me sorry I was getting a new truck! I couldn't be happier with how clean and new it looked inside. I recently had them detail my 2008 Jeep Wrangler; and this time they cleaned the engine compartment too. I mean, this thing hasn't looked this good since it rolled off the showroom floor! Again, fantastic job on the seats, dash, seatbelts you name it. And the engine bay? Years of Moab sand/dust...GONE! No more sand in the rear hatch, I mean it was immaculate. I feel like Aladdin with his last wish hoping the inside of the Jeep would be PERFECT. And it was, it helped me sell the Jeep in less than a week. I will recommend these guys to anyone in the northern utah area. They are super easy to get ahold of, friendly, and fast. And did I mention they do a fantastic job?

I recently bought the Leer 100XR topper from Sam T Evan's in Ogden Utah. 1st rain storm 2 weeks ago…read moreI saw water dripping in both front right and left corners from the carpet. I was really disappointing after paying out $3,500. I took it down to the dealer and they scheduled me for a leak test. On the day of the leak test I stood by and watched the young men. Their conclusion was that water is getting in at both rear right and left sides of the topper door latch areas and creeping down along the carpeted edges to the front corners. And in the kids words, "I will have to cut out all this carpet back here on the corners and it'll probably look like shit." I did not accept that answer or the 2 young men's finding. I directed them to put there hose on the front drivers side top corner area and side window of the topper to see if the intensity of the water drip would increase. It did increase so they lifted up the topper and packed a small amount of putty in the corners and set it back down and called it fixed. I was not at all impressed with their findings and or repair. I agreed to leave it at that. Wasn't worth my time to push for more leak testing and accept the comment, "Well that should do it and if not just bring it back," as I could see the lack of experience. Today (04/27/2024) we are experiencing more rain storms here in Utah and the topper continues to leak as indicated earlier. I do not believe these kids working at the Leer dealership are capable or experienced enough find leaks and or make repairs (Being brand new it should leak at all !!) With todays rain I went out with a flash light and paper towels and found that the water is leaking in through the lower perimeter and sides of the front window. My paper towel would also become damp when tamping it around the side windows. I am very disappointed with my purchase and am experiencing buyers remorse. I would expect to have talented and experienced personnel to make the repairs or have some kind of monetary compensation so I can make the repairs myself or seek out someone who can. The YouTube videos I have found on the quality of Leer toppers says it all. Found several videos with hundreds of negative comments with the quality of Leer toppers. If I knew then what I know now about the quality of Leer toppers......All I can do now is to share my experience. Leer toppers look nice but they are garbage.

My husband and I own a small car dealership. We sent 3 cars to be fixed for things that other…read moremechanics could have done in a few days. The first car we we're charge a ridiculous fee for labor for a problem that he didn't even fix claiming we told him we would have it done somewhere else. We paid him more than $400 to not have it fixed. Took it to another mechanic that charged us $200 to actually fix it! We continue to get the run around on a truck has been at true speed for over 2 months! We've already given John over $2000 for repairs that have not been done! We keep hearing excuses that they can't finish because they keep receiving the "wrong part". The 3rd car we made a huge mistake buy sending one of our customers to John. The original quote increased by more than $200 and was weeks later than promised. Our customers finally got it back today only to find out that one of the O2 sensors than was supposed to have been repaired hasn't been. We're having to take it to another mechanic again who says it will be about $275 and can have it in a few days. In the mean time we are lending them one of our cars for the second time because we feel so bad that they keep getting screwed over by John. We are just starting out and are barely making it ourselves. We lose money everyday that this truck is sitting at his shop not getting anything done. At this point all he has done is make things worse. It isn't drive-able and we can't afford to take it to another mechanic to have it fixed. We have to make huge payment to our bank every month- but John apparently doesn't care about his customers, deadlines or actually running his business. John is as crooked as they come! Whatever you do DO NOT take your cars to these scam artists.
