Someone coming in last minute has more priority over me. I can't imagine how horrible it would be to go in last minute. I would look elsewhere, and the alteration cost was almost the cost the dress I bought!

Upon pick-up, not only was it extremely expensive, but they damaged my clothing beyond repair and didn't even clean the clothes properly. I had to return the suit to be cleaned AGAIN as it was still dirty. Every time, I took a shirt out to wear there was a problem with the garment. The men's dress shirt I brought in was from Greece and the sleeves were completely scorched and burned. They ruined this one of a kind shirt which was devastating. Upon my multiple trips back and forth I spoke with the store owner Naresh who was rude, inconsiderate, demeaning and arrogant. He provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I explained the inconvenience of having to return multiple times, the clothes not being cleaned and worst of all the shirt they ruined. Naresh made it clear he did not care and had no regards for my business or the care of the clothes. He did not offer a refund or to compensate for this one of a kind shirt, that I specifically took to the dry cleaner for it to be done properly. I will never return to this location and highly recommend you don't waste your time or money here either.
