Nor did he us ask if we would like to make an appointment for some other day or anything. His demeanor was not welcoming, it looked on the verge of p.o. I asked if we could look, and we were there another 40 minutes and NO ONE ever said hello, looked our direction, or said goodbye or if we had a question of any kind. We are new residents to Morrisville. Needlessly to say, we will not be doing any business with this company. And, we have quite a lengthily amount of things we need to re-do at our new abode. Customer dis-service is more their mantra.

We agreed on a time within the week for him to come to my home and provide a measurement. He cancelled an hour before we were suppose to meet. First red flag. He ended up rescheduling a few days later and all seemed good. Agreed on approximately 3 weeks out for install. Reached out via text and phone call 5 days prior to the three week point to coordinate a time and date. No response. Left voicemails and calls over the next few days. Finally calling his answering service he text me back the blinds are on back order (notice other reviews this was also the reasoning) which is understandable but I addressed my concern for communication directly then. He then gave me a date they would come in and the date he could install. I got written confirmation that this would be locked in and took off work again. Reached out a couple days before to make sure nothing had come up no response. I call his answering service again even though he will only will response via text per the reason of trying to initially reach him this way and says they're still not in. This again would not of been an issue if he had kept me in the loop instead of blowing me off. I tell him since this was the third time I had taken work off that I would like to cancel my order. He said he would initiate a refund by Friday. Followed up the following week and got his answering service. Again I receive only a text after calling this line saying actually no refund corporate told him he did not have to since it was his franchise and that I would need to pick up the blinds that night (received the text at 5:39pm) or the following day. I try to call and text again to coordinate this with him. NO RESPONSE. I call his answering service and they tell him I am on my way. I show up and there's a box in the doorway with my name on it and a door with budget blinds on it but no one there. I call the answering service again to see where anyone is to determine all pieces are there and they tell me they can do nothing more than leave a message for Mike. The guy the doesn't respond. They also could not provide any sort of customer service phone number or contact information. Extremely embarrassed for this business. Save yourself the time and energy trying to work with this guy. Your time is not valued.

It's clear he cares very deeply about each of these amazing llamas. He matched everyone to the perfect llama for them, filled our day with interesting fun facts about the llamas, and not only engaged with everyone on our trip but remembered everyone's name too. He provided some refreshing drinks and snacks for our picnic along the trek and took tons if pictures for us all with out llama hiking buddies. I had unfortunately received some different medical news the day before the llama trek and the fun we had completely took mind off of all of that. Then the company went above and beyond. I had a friend that wanted to surprise me with making a replica of Remi, the llama I hiked with on the trek. The owner Lindsay sent my friend actual wool from Remi to help create the replica of him! I can't thank Stephen and Lindsay enough. My friends and I are all looking forward to attending another llama trek with them again next year!

I brought a couple lists of plants that were known to attract pollinators in my native state of California, and tried to ask the owner if he could recommend any VT natives from similar families (i.e. native penstemon, asters, etc.). He became infuriated during the conversation, at which point he seemed to snap and began screaming at me. When I attempted to tell him I felt like he was attacking me verbally, he responded with "I am attacking you". My partner and I left immediately, and will never return. Beautiful garden, but awful, inexcusable behavior by the owner. As a woman, I have never been more deeply offended or frightened by the actions of a total stranger. I left feeling completely violated and disrespected.
