I am looking for a new dentist, and props to the specials they had going for new patients (especially for those without dental insurance). However, the dental assistant was very rough with the flossing and cleaning, so much so that my mouth was sore for 2 days after. The dentist was there and gone in a blink, mentioned a cavity, however I am always skeptical when they say that because the next time I come back, all is well with supposed cavity. So, my recommendation for that is to always try to take care of it yourself unless it's been an issue/etc.. however, I am not a dentist. I take pretty good care of my teeth to avoid problems though. Each and everytime we have done anything with this dental office it has been a nightmare. Nothing ever feels done correctly or truthful. Was told to come and evaluate a crown issue, was never told anything about all the extra fees. Now we are told it won't be covered for the crown breaking even though a crown breaking should be a manufactured issue which we were told originally. You are told you will see the doctor, you may see her for a minute, other than that you see five different people and no one ever is really there other than to check up on you. This place is supposed to be a dentistry meanwhile they focus on everything other than teeth. Do not go to this place it is horrible. read more

As a former patient since about January 2020 I should have left much sooner after Zenib the dentist promised she would eliminate my ear clicking when swallowing by charging me for a splint. All other professionals seen prior to her informed me the sound would not disappear. After mentioning it to Zenib she guaranteed I would lose it, and my hopes shot up. I have a moderate bipolar condition which involve mood swings of ups and downs for no apparent reasons or triggered by stressors. The clicking in my ears whenever swallowing never did disappear and it resembled a bipolar episode of high to low. I had asked Zenib if the sound never left if I could get my money back and she agreed. When I told her the sound was still present, so I wanted my money back she threatened to take back the splint if she kept her word. She should have just allowed me to keep it as she made the excuse that the splint was supposed to change my bite and prevent the sound from worsening. I do not see how it could have increased. She should have merely stated that she was changing my bite hoping it might decrease or eliminate the nagging sound. People could get psychotic hearing ear clicking every time they swallow. I kept the splint and resumed being a patient. On ne occasion a female worker was extremely disrespectful and she did not fire or reprimand her. I merely confided to a female tech that I was uncomfortable around her and perhaps it was my illness. The worker walked in where I was and began arguing with me. I returned afterwards and was blamed when a technician I like made errors which made no sense especially since I do not work there. A long time passed and in October I had an appointment for an adjustment in my crown and night guard which would take a few minutes. The day of my appointment Zenib was behind and short staffed and made me wait for approximately 2 1/2 hours with no apology. Two patients left and I had to stay after yelling at some point due to frustration. Her front staff kept making excuses for her and when she finally filed down my crown, she ignored me. Normally she compliments how I look and is friendly, but I was totally disregarded. Apparently, she did not want me to return as who in their right mind would remain a patient after being treated so badly. All I said that day was that I knew she was busy, but even with an appointment I waited so long and did she not care. NO response. It was time to go. To top it off she wrote n my record that she fired me for missing an appointment which I never did. Also, a huge bogus balance was visible, and I always pay my bills hating to owe money. She would complain about much less money and not allow payments. The tech quoted the wrong price so of course I was blamed but she paid it. At first, I assumed Zenib was angry because of that but was told it was due to my yelling. Was I forbidden to express myself after being mistreated. It takes a lot for me to leave a business, but I had no choice and never intended to go elsewhere. She is basically a decent dentist and has a great female hygienist, Maria. What a shame she lied on my records and to claim she dismissed me rather than the other way around. She cannot admit being rejected and it is best she revealed her true character. read more

The bad news, the good news, the great news, and the magnificent news. The bad news: Unfortunately, I found out that I had to have my two front teeth extracted and either have implants or a permanent bridge take their place. (Due to personal medical reasons, I chose a bridge.) I must emphasize that from the time I made the daunting appointment to have this dental work done, I was extremely apprehensive about what will ultimately happen. The good news: When I walked into Dr. Mediouni's office on the day of my dreaded appointment, I met Jessica, their receptionist. Jessica was gregarious, cheerful, and efficient. As soon as Jessica recognized my nervousness, she immediately became very comforting. Her reassuring actions actually helped ease my nerves a little bit. Then Brenda, Dr Mediouni's assistant, greeted me cheerfully and walked me into my 'perceived temple of doom'. However, after spending a few moments with her, Brenda's personable and confident ability to substantially help calm my initial nervousness was truly miraculous. Then, after a few minutes, Dr. Mediouni entered my 'perceived temple of doom'. Immediately, her vivaciousness and abundant competence radiated and it truly put me totally at ease. The great news: Although the dental procedure was somewhat lengthy, it turned out to be (almost) 'a piece of cake' for me. In no way, shape, or form was I ever uncomfortable or nervous during the entire procedure. The magnificent news: At the end of the procedure I walked out of their office with a temporary bridge that was not only fabulous looking... it was also very comfortable and natural feeling in my mouth. Their lab is working on my permanent bridge that will be placed into my mouth in about a month. Dr. Mediouni and her entire staff are, without a doubt, pleasant, sincerely compassionate, totally confident, and wonderfully proficient 'miracle workers'. I am so thankful that I became one of Dr. Mediouni's patients, and I am so pleased with everything they have done for me. In fact, when my wife saw the results of this procedure, she said that my teeth look amazing and, in fact, never looked better. I'm a happy camper who now realizes that I had no reason to initially be so apprehensive. read more

Do not book with this place if you need any appointments outside of "the middle of the work day." The doctor is never in and will continually call you to move your scheduled appointments with one day notice (after it has already been confirmed). I could've had my teeth cleaned about seven times over by now for all the times this woman has moved my appointment last minute. Insanely unprofessional! I rarely take time out of my enjoyable retirement to sit down and write a review of total praise about a product, a company, or its personnel. However, the following review is absolutely worthy of my time to do just that. For my entire life, (over 70 years), I have always truly dreaded going to any general dentist or dental specialist. Trying to make things easier for myself I recently decided to switch from a general dentist to a "prosthodontist" (a dental practitioner who deals with replacing teeth and restoring your oral health and function throughout your entire mouth... rather than just the basic services of a general dentist). I thought it would be helpful for me to try to form a trusting relationship with just one excellent practitioner rather than try to find several excellent dental specialists that might be needed along the way. I further thought that by doing so, my normally dreaded outlook of going to any type of dentist would be lessened. Well... I was wrong! Instead, by switching to Dr. Mediouni, my dreaded outlook was not lessened... it was completely gone. My entire dental experience with Dr. Mediouni and her staff was fabulous! Starting with her receptionist, Leeann, who was as smiley, friendly, and capable as one could ever desire, to Cristina, her extremely gentle yet tremendously proficient hygienist, to Brenda, her compassionate dental assistant, to ultimately Dr. Mediouni herself, who is a brilliantly educated, kind, comforting, knowledgeable and accomplished dental practitioner. My experiences with this practice have been fabulous and enjoyable! This might sound bizarre, but for the first time in my life I actually look forward to going to the dentist (or rather the prosthodontist). I came to this office after seeing them on Groupon. I didn't mind driving 40miles to this office to receive a consultation since the deal was so good and the reviews I saw were wonderful. 2 veneers for $999. I explained when making my appointment that I had a single veneer that had fallen off. The cosmetic dentist who installed my original set has since passed away and I needed it replaced stat. I have a total of 8 veneers all in good condition and only needed the one. I was told by the receptionist that I could still receive the Groupon rate. This was a complete lie! After my consultation the same receptionist told me my quote was $1700 and that was with a generous $300 discount. This $1700 was for the single veneer to be replaced with a CROWN. I told her I'm only interested in a veneer which I had explained to her prior to appointment. She told me well all we can offer you is this. I referenced our previous conversation and the Groupon. This receptionist literally told me that the Groupon is to " Get you in " she referred to this as " a marketing tool "( her exact words!). She went on to tell me that they have coupons also that are just to get people in that these are not actual prices. What!!!??? This was an awful front end experience. I did receive an email 3 weeks ago asking for feedback on my visit. I replied with my concerns and never heard anything from them. I had my veneer replaced by another dentist the same week and paid $900 out of pocket with no bait and switch tactics. There was no reason for a crown to replace my veneer at all. There's also no reason as a dental office to have the office ran this was using "marketing tools". I'm still just floored thinking back on this ordeal. read more
