Customer Built has every service at the ready and a new sump was installed by their plumber within hours of that first call! Not days... hours! Sarah and the Custom Built team gave no hesitations, just action and a much needed hug. Just like our deck project communication was spot on and the job was pure quality. The flooring has been replaced and all that was needed was agreed upon and completed. We have our space back. All of this has solidified their place as part of the family because when our home was suffering and not even my insurance company was calling me back, the person who came straight to mind was Sarah at Custom Built!
