I think they have 1 person taking orders, delivery food and cleaning the tables. She does everything and does a great job but this slows the process. You will have to wait in line to order. The waitress was pretty laid back as far as speed, but we weren't in any hurry, so it was ok. She was super friendly and very attentive... nobody ever had to ask for drinks or anything. Overcooked catfish with canned mushroom, tiny shrimp, and canned crab just doesn't do it for me. The boudin balls with etouffee had a decent taste but hardly any boudin! Very thin walled. These were the freshest best tasting oysters we had ever had. We bought the 80 lb bag of green banded oysters and they were perfect!! We will definitely use R & A exclusively for our oysters in the future.
