We opted to have them boil ours on-site, but you can also pick up raw shrimp and take it home to cook it yourself. The shrimp was indeed delicious - simple yet perfectly prepared. We got 2lbs. of Scamp Grouper filets, 2lbs. of Red Snapper filets, along with 1lb. of peel and deveined Royal Red Shrimp and some Spicy Blue Crab Dip.
