Once you sign up for the unlimited monthly wash it is impossible to stop and the cost keeps going up. There is no number to call to stop subscription. for 3 mo I have gone on Zips web site to stop this service but they keep will not stop billing me. DO NOT SIGN UP for UNLIMITED WASHES. read more

This car wash has definitely gone downhill and is the worse car wash in Sheboygan. They are frequently closed bc of not enough staff, broken equipment, or other reasons. The spray gun hasn't been working for at least a year, so it's not a thorough clean, and the dryer pushes you out before it actually dries your car in about 15 seconds, so it's still dripping. They frequently have the concentrate wrong foe the soap,so it leave sticky spatters on your car. The staff aren't very friendly and they overcharge your account frequently if you don't check it regularly. I would not recommend going here. I also have personally seen others vehicles be damaged at this car wash and the staff said they couldn't do anything about it. ​ read more

Horrible service my car didn't even get clean the windows still looked dirty the grill was still dirty there was still specks of dirt aroun the car in crevices that should have been clean. I should have know it was trash they only had two two wash options $15 or $20. And when I was waiting in line I seen the girl hose off the car before it went through red flag right there. I paid $20 and I was not impressed I do not recommend going to this business unless your going to use the free vacuums which aren't even that good if it even works. read more

My boyfriend and I both have the subscription for our cars. We like to take care of our cars and ensure they are clean. Every time we go, we end up sitting in the line for over 20 minutes just to get to the sensor. I literally loathe going through the car wash because of the lines. There is usually one line open. Soap suds. The soap is never completely washed off of my car and it is aggravating to have all those soup suds dry on my car. Plus today we went, waited a half hour in the line l, only to be turned away because the bar that blocks you when you pass the sensor broke. Seriously figure out how to give residents of Sheboygan a better car wash because it's not worth it to come through now. I would rather drive to Fond du Lac and utilize their Zips because I know my car will get cleaned. read more

As other people have stated, this location has gone EXTREMELY downhill. I didn't even know this place had new management until I looked at reviews to see if people were having the same experiences I was having lately. After the new management took over, half the vacuums either have barely any suction, or don't even work at all. I had to park my car and search for a vacuum that actually worked before moving my car to that vacuum. I don't use the car wash here so I can't say anything to the quality of that, but judging by the other reviews.. stay away. Good thing the vacuums are free, not that they're even worth that. read more

This is one of the most ill managed businesses I have ever had the displeasure of using. Half way through the car wash stands a maintenance man working on brushes that clean the side of the car. Consequently that section of the car was was turned off!! If you are doing maintenance that requires part of the car wash to be turned off and not functioning you shouldn't take customers money until your equipment is repaired. Since this place has been under new management it has gone completely down hill. My vehicle was stained with soap and filthy rinse water when I exited the tunnel. Under the new management you can not rectify any issues on site. They want to take your info and "we will escalate this right to corporate ", yeah right. On top of all of that, I look at my credit card statement and the double charged me!!! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, this place is a joke. read more

constantly closing due to mechanical issues and short staffed but still remained a member. attempted to get a wash yesterday, but my paid in full unlimited subscription RFD Would not read by the scanners this happens often. 10 minutes layet an attendant approached my vehicle. was told he would not let me through regardless of being paid in full and to get the hell out. as I'm attempting to back out of the narrow lanes, he is approaching my vehicle, giving me the finger and telling me to get the F out like he wanted to do something to me or my vehicle. I just went to the zip car wash in sheboygan and got the worst wash. For 25.00$ soap suds should not have been left on the car. Also no recipt would print, and when I entered the wash I was told they where out of paper, so I wasn't able to get one. Glad I didn't purchase a membership...........Also no phone number to call and no one in the office. read more

I'd be happy to join a class action lawsuit against this terrible business. Again, today, website said they are open. Go there, it's closed. There is no local number attended to find out when they will reopen. The quality of service has steadily declined,: Often no prep gun to remove bugs, brushes that dont's make contact with vehicle surfaces, application sprayers clogged resulting in uneven or no cleaning products applied to vehicle, vehicle left wet which leads to spotting. Many vacuums not working and not even equipped with hoses, no detailing cloths or spray bottles out at vacuum station. Vacuum station so dirty that you just resoil your flooring when you get back in your car. Many of these items are advertised as services included on the many signs on the property. blatant false advertising and misrepresentation. Have complained on the website until blue in the face....nothing changes. I recently decided to see if the City can do anything to force the business to comply with their advertised service levels but now I see that a new competitor is about to open up the street.
