NEVER GOING BACK! Years ago under different ownership, this was a great location. They reimbursed me for a bent antenna- great experience and service - years ago. I drive a pickup truck. The attendant told me to remove a chain I keep in the bed of my truck. I've NEVER been asked to remove a clean chain from the bed of my truck. FOR YEARS - NEVER. There is no way it moves during a car wash or has heavy grease that could foul up the wash tunnel. Obviously bright and clean. So, I put one in the cab and told him I couldn't move the other as it had a lock on it. Without saying anything He proceeds to walk over and grabs the chain. Ok, whatever happened to the customer being right? And why on earth would you grab a customers property without permission? I can't help but think what I might be dealing with if that heavy chain swung wrong and dented the sheet metal. Goodness! Needless to say, it's like driving up to a restaurant with an empty parking lot at lunchtime. I was the only one in line. Paid $4 more than Clean Getaway down the street and got a hassle to boot. Beware!! CROOKED COMPANY!! Ive had horrible experiences with this company. The one on 2073 FM 423 especially. Was once stuck in the wash for about 15 minutes or so. The wash guy refused to let me out until he went and took care of other customers. I left a bad review and went to the other Zips on Teel only to find out they deactivated my account. Matt the wash manager informed me that my account no longer existed and my wife had to start an account for wash to continue Furthermore My account was only 6 weeks old! That was in December. Yesterday they charged me $45!! Now they refuse to refund my money!!! These people are so crooked!!! They literally canceled my account without my permission and then reinstated it to charge me $45 the following month. Oh and btw if you sign up and have to cancel you will be required to call in to another country and speak to their support team. They make it difficult on you so they can keep charging you. The employees at the wash are required to make you call this hotline. Also , just because you delete the account on app does not mean it's cancelled. ZIPS IS PATHETIC! read more

i use my membership (basic) once every 1-1.5 weeks. Overall pleased with how the washes turn out. The back/tailgate doesn't get cleaned in this auto-wash (they used to brush it while your car rolled into the starting portion, but for some reason they stopped doing that). They keep the carwash machines running pretty well & fix them in a week or so if some portion stops functioning. They're good about keeping wipedown towels and spray cleaner bottles filled & ready at the wipedown/vacuum bays as well. ivacuums are powerful & always working proper. Wheels & tires don't get super clean, but it's an auto-wash, i haven't been to one that accomplishes that without having staff that handwipes the vehicle. Wife has the upper tier package, I do not find it worth the extra cost. read more

Now that I am cool, calm and collected. I can write this review with a clear head. I drove in to Zips at about 5:00 PM Sunday afternoon July 9, 2023. I have had a membership with them since April I think. It's been a min. I used to bring my Audi truck here and I kept noticing scratches on it. I thought maybe it was me or my parking choices. I let it go because 1- the Audi was silver so it wasn't noticeable and 2- I was going to get a new car anyway. Tell me WHY I go in today, (mind you, I bought my Benz one month ago. This car was impeccable. Brand new paint job, only hand washed at the dealership etc..) And now my ENTIRE CAR has scratches. Wow those weren't there 2 days ago when I washed it by hand..... so I wonder who or what did it. Keep in mind, they are all congruent to the motion of this "state-of-the-art" equipment. I was so upset to see this as I was drying my vehicle so I decided to notify the person in charge IMMEDIATELY. Guess what I saw as soon as I walk in.. the guy who sprays your car before you go into the wash with his feet up on the desk scrolling on his phone. Not a worry in the world. Then as I begin to explain what I'm seeing, he proceeds to cut me off and says: "that ain't us. That wasn't our machines. There's no way." Very rude and insensitive. Sir this is my vehicle we're talking about. It's a Mercedes Benz not a Camry. I was trying so hard to not let my ego and pride get in the way because lord knows I would've cussed him out alphabetically ordered in English and in Spanish. He better be Glad I am a Christian woman. So this employee thinks I'm just lying because...??? Why the f would I lie about something like this? Why would I go through the trouble of filing a claim???? I was livid!! Livid!!! Luxury vehicle owners, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this service. I promise it is damaging your paint job. By the way, corporate denied my claim because no one else reported incidents that day. Wow. So I was going to my maps to see what time they open, as I recently got a membership from them; and noticed that the reviews did not service when it came to my personal experience, it has been amazing actually. I came the day I got a new car and I was kinda tight on cash, and he made it to where I saved money and still got a membership! I was glad I was honest in this case because he got me a way better deal than I even anticipated, I felt like I won, and zips won a loyal customer. I've been coming every couple of days for 2 weeks now, the staff is friendly, the man who helped me I wish I could remember his name but he was a tall gentleman, with the teddy bear vibes (it's his aura if you know you know lmao) There was only 2 small spots the brushes missed but I also understood I didn't invest in the most expensive membership but the cheapest one this month, and I felt it did a beyond amazing job for 12$! But they also include towels you can use now (I saw that may have been an issue previously based on the 3 reviews I did read) and they also have an interior/glass solution! I still really like having the drying towels and spray, but it's much less of a value than it used to be. They don't pre-wash the car before going into the tunnel and finding clean towels is a gamble at best. They also started charging me more for my monthly membership without any kind of communication. I do not recommend buying a membership to this carwash. I had one, and was satisfied with the carwash part. In August of '22, we were moving out of state and I cancelled my membership. I went into the office to cancel and got a receipt. When I checked my bank account I didn't see an entry for Zips, so thought all was well. In April '25 an entry for Zips shows up on my bank account. In checking out what happened, it turns out Zips never cancelled my membership. They label their charge on my bank statement "ATM Withdrawal". Who would connect that?! My receipt was lost when someone ran into my car totaling it, in Sept '22 as I had placed it in the glove box. Zips collected $1100 dollars they shouldn't have. They refunded $210. It is my opinion this isn't an honest proprietor at worst and at best the office management is terrible. Either way , you don't want them handling your money. Not only because my day was going along so beautifully and I figured that I would tie the knot on this amazing morning by washing my beautiful truck but because he refused to provide insurance information once my truck was scratched up by one of his machines. His reason being that the "scratches [looked] like they [weren't] that deep so they should be able to be buffed out," and ," none of [their] machines go in that direction." My response was the question," so, how did I watch my windshield get washed in that direction?" They talked my teenager into a membership when all he needed was one car wash. They said it would be cheaper but it's $45/month billed to his debit card. I called to cancel and told them my child is not legally able to enter into a contract since he is under 18. I believe they took advantage of a minor. I visit this Zips location a few times a month. The tunnel does a decent job and it's nice that they provide clean towels to use for drying. The last few times LaTavia has helped me pay (I think she's a manager?)- I'm adding this review because she deserves a shout out for being friendly and helpful. I'd sign up for the membership if it were more straightforward - if I sign up for something I don't want to have to go in and figure out how to change it / as it seems like the initial deal is a "hook" to get your credit card info into the system. And then you're probably stuck. Customers like straightforward, no bs, no hook . . . make it easy and affordable! read more

I have plenty of time to write this review because this company makes it so hard to cancel. There is NO service. You have to wait for the attendant to look up from his phone before you can be waived in. You can't cancel on site. You have to call the national number or wait forever for a chat. No one is available week-ends. The phone is closed for customer service. They no longer wash by hand the front or back of the car. They let anyone use the vacuums. The car comes out as dirty as when it goes in. The manager is rude. There is plenty of better competition in either direction!! read more

Do not use this carwash . They sell you a 45.00 deluxe umlimited package that includes all the bells and whistles. Then they dont tell you half of the machines or pumps aren't working and they know it. So your paying 45.00 for a hose wash job. Complete fraud and when I questioned the sales manager who knew about the issues tell me its not his job to inform people about things that they wont be getting a 45.00 car wash just let them believe it because he doesnt work in the tunnel. Went several times when it was Fast Lane with no issues, things have now changed. Thankfully, I haven't had any fraudulent charges yet, but if so...the very first thing to do is DISPUTE with your bank. Each charge back, even if denied, costs the merchant $. If they reach a certain threshold of chargebacks vs transactions, the processor may revoke the ability to take cards. Then, file reports with the BBB and police. read more

SCAM ALERT! Horrible customer service. After paying for the most expensive wash and proceeding through wash noticed several of the washing brushes were not operating. Asked for the manager but only a lead was available. I told him about the issue and he told me that they had a work order to fix the equipment but that was all he could do.
