I have a brand new car, I had never taken it through a car wash yet. I bought my new car January 2…read moreand it had 15 miles on it. So I know there is no way that the car was already scratched. I took my car through this car wash on January 20th. I got out of the car once I went through the wash to dry it off really good, even though it was 10 degrees. I like to make sure the car wash cleaned it good and dry it so there are no water spots. I noticed lots of a small scratches all over the hood, mirrors and trunk. I filed a complaint with the office and received an email saying there is no way that the car wash caused these scratches. Remind you, this is a brand new car so where else would this have happened. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS THROUGH THIS CAR WASH IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR. BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CARS I filed a claim and was told that the scratches were not from my recent visit to crew carwash. I have filed a complaint with The BBB AND I will be looking to sue for damages to my Brand new car. This was definitely done by your carwash and I will be sharing my experience with everyone who will listen.

The one thing that bothers me is that corporate just made a rule about not accepting anything from customers. I can understand no cash tipping, however a random act of kindness for these folks who come out in some very unforgiving weather is not unreasonable. Corporate, do you have that little trust in your employees you think they'll cheat you if someone does something nice? Do you think so little of them you don't think they deserve kindness to say thanks. Some of us older folks who don't have kids or are grown and gone, think of these folks as our family. And just like our family when they're working hard especially out in bad weather we just want to do a little something to show them we appreciate it. So cookies and cupcakes are going to corrupt these folks? Also understanding you support Veterans organizations as a disabled Veteran I am pretty upset with your attitude. There is an additional touchless tunnel as well. After you have completed your carwash, there are over 10 complimentary vacuum and personal detail stalls to clean the interior of your vehicle. Each stall has a large garbage can to dispose of items you want to get rid of. There are vehicle maintenance bays that offers oil changes and other repair services. The location is in a good area because it is located between 2 major intersections allowing exiting vehicles to safely enter traffic. Unfortunately if drivers want to enter from the southbound traffic lanes, there is not enough room for 2 vehicles which causes rear end motor vehicle accidents. The prices are reasonable and there are available monthly car wash memberships. Most importantly The Metro offers a discount to active duty and retirees.

I have been a customer of the 6 wash books. But no more. Crew has converted half the lanes to Unlimited only and the unlimited are allowed to go through while the ticketed customers have to wait. And wait. And wait. Unless you're willing to pay to be an unlimited customer, you're going to be a frustrated customer. And their website and their attendants reflects the same. I just tried to get a car wash in Bloomington (In) on 3rd street and the attendant just ignored me for 10-15 minutes...so going when they're less busy, the middle of the day, doesn't work either. I'm better off just throwing away a full book of Crew carwash coupons because they worthless if I can't get into the carwash.

I went here to wash my car late at night and I saw who I think was the owner cleaning up the place. It seems like they take good care of it. However, the sign says that it's three dollars for 5 minutes of water. I used less than 10 minutes of water, but I got charged $15 when it should've been $6. I opened a dispute, but the company said that what I paid was accurate and I should not get a refund. Just warning you that the prices they display and the prices you pay are not the same. It's probably better to pay in cash and see if that works. That way you won't get ripped off.

The price here is good, not many people waiting in line and I leave satisfied every time I visit.
