First I have a conversion van with a 7'3" clearance and this automatic car wash handles vehicles with a 7 1/2 foot clearance. So I do not have to find a truck wash! Next it is a free vacuum, and the ability to vacuum my vehicle without having to put quarters into the bloody vacuum machine is a big big plus. I usually get the middle wash that costs $14 but I think that it is the best deal and looks great. What's nice is that before you enter wash, two guys power wash the tough spots on your car. I feel that wash is well worth the money. There is also FREE vacuums that you can use. They also have a full service station as well.

If you decide to do the self washing you have to start out paying 8 dollars than it decides to decline your card when you have money in it every time, if you want to pay with cash it decides to take your money or as others say it "eat your change". While there was a touch-screen for me to self serve there was still an attendant who talked way too long and did the process for me -- signing me up for the most expensive package so I could "get the best" for the first month. When I asked how to change it later, they said I'd have to come back and have them do it in person... flash forward to actually getting my car washed with the "best package" and it was a solid 4/10. I thought maybe just the dryers weren't working that day - hello water spots - but give it a second try with the same experience. No attendant that time so could't fix the "package $$ issue", of course. Went in last week and a Cheeto-crusted faced man (different than the first man that "helped") was there to walk me through was should be a contactless experience. I figured now was the time to ask for them to adjust the "fancy car wash" -- and was promptly told no one there could do it, but I could leave a phone number and that he was busy so couldn't help. I verbally pushed back saying I couldn't just swing by over and over hoping to get this resolved and miraculously was told the person inside could help. So I wash my car, still 4/10 stars for that "best wash", and walk into a customer area with a counter piled with half-eaten snacks, Tupperware, and an iPad. A younger guy took down my info and disappeared into the back - he cancelled my car wash program and (fingers crossed) I won't be charged more in future. In my past town I always used the same car wash and honestly never thought much about how different they could be. They usually have two people to prewash the windshield area that have bugs and the mirrors, grill. Always very pleasant and polite. Updated touch equipment, have Fiber towels and window cleaner, vacuum cleaner available. Tunnel cleaner with brushes, air dry, wheel wash etc. The bonus is that it's accessible from the strip mall in Newburgh. No it does not have the flashy set up like the new ones yet it has all the bells and whistles they have with a personal touch and not overpriced.
