My family and I were traveling home from Holiday World when our vehicle started overheating. We were three and a half hours away from home and needed help. We called Denny's and Doug came to us at our location! Talk about customer service! He quickly found the issue which turned out to be a slow antifreeze leak. He filled the tank and put a new lid on it. Good as new! And he didn't charge us an arm and a leg!! We were able to get home without worry! Denny's Auto has been working on my car for the last 5 years, at least. It's an older car and they always help from replacing the engine to checking my tires and everything in between. Crooks, called in because of a stuck emergency break cable and check engine light. The mechanic said that the fee would be $40 for the break lube and no fee for the reading since he was already fixing something. When he called and said the job was done I asked him what was the error, he said he never did the reading and we never talked about it. When I went to pick the car up he charged me $100 for the reading and tried to sell me major engine work (blown head gasket). He really tried to sell me hard too. 6 months later, the car runs great, no mixing or burning of fluids. I had a friend reset the code and it never came back. read more

After our van broke down in Jasper, we were towed to Denny's. The folks couldn't be nicer, were super helpful of our situation and by the time we left [a family member came down from WI to pick us up] I felt like we had made some friends. If we were local we would definitely use this business! The price was beyond reasonable and they were accomodating with us picking up the van 3 weeks later.
