They were able to get my car in several days earlier than initially estimated, and I had it back in time for the weekend! They couldn't find anything wrong with the tire, and we hypothesized that I'd briefly gotten something stuck which had later dislodged itself. However, she couldn't give me any kind of estimate for the price of a "diagnostics" (nor did she even try) & when I explained that I couldn't just bring my car in without having any idea of what the initial diagnosis may cost she simply hung up the phone on me. I was stunned by her rude attitude & callous way of doing business. I'm a senior citizen on a budget & I prefer to have at least a ball park figure in mind before I make a large purchase of any kind.
