Attendants are pretty rude. They have few vacuum stations so when it's packed its very difficult to clean your car's interior.

They did, no didn't clean my windshield very well, they smear the bird poop and maybe spent 30 seconds wiping down the side windows. The car wash didn't even remove the bird poop or smudges on my vehicle. I paid 30.00 and my time for them to rip me off. The quality of this place does not exist any more. The are not blowing the water out from behind the glass and just blowing on it they are completely missing the point of using the air hose. I paid $20.00 for a wash and dry. No pre wash, no pre scrub... There were only two individuals drying. I tipped $5.00 not knowing they half assed dried my vehicle. I should have walked back over when I finished drying my vehicle and asked for the tip back. In my opinion the manager should have been assisting them since they were short handed. I don't ever get on this app to type reviews, but for this I definitely will. The service was definitely not up to par from what it used to when it was Tommy's. Not sure if this individual was the manager but he was very rude, he kept stopping the machine when I was inside the car wash. Due to him continually stopping the machine my side door was completely scratched. I strongly encourage people not to go here as they don't care if their machines are at fault of hurting your vehicle. The absolute worst car wash I have ever had. $24 and the car came out half washed with streaks everywhere. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give Zero stars, I would. Zips completely broke the side mirror off my car and then denied my damage claim stating "Since they are not a touchless car wash, they are not liable for damages". My windshield wipers came off during my wash- the sign stated for me to honk in case I needed help- I honked and honked and no one came- I was unable to get out of the vehicle due to safety hazard- reached the end of the tunnel and honked again trying to get the employees attention before my windshield wipers were ran over... she was untrained and didn't know that honking meant i needed help. This should serve as public notice that this poses a safety issue- what would have happened if there was a major issue in the tunnel? Went around and spoke the manager (short heavy set Hispanic guy) he was EXTREMELY violent in the way he spoke to me- the cameras I'm certain captured everything- he then proceeded to make me block the entrance of the car wash so that he would be forced to go in and give me my windshield wiper- the guy was extremely rude and aggressive to the point I didn't feel safe providing my information to him to do an insurance claim. I cannot stress how rude and unprofessional this guy was. When I told him I had honked multiple times he said "the blowers are loud and we are busy" I wonder if that excuse will work if something ever happens to a customer in that tunnel and they honk for help and don't get it. I am waiting for corporate to reach out, I don't care about the wipers now I just want an apology from that manager. read more

This place is a joke. I only came here because the website on Apple Maps took me to the main website and only showed full service washes. So I pull up and the manager says it's an express. Whatever. I pick the highest one. $25. I basically pay $25 to go through the tunnel and that's it. No towel drying. All the waxing they supposedly did was in the tunnel. I get out of the car wash and the towel dry people just watch me drive on by. Didn't even dry me off. I only came here because usually by my job. But there's car washes in DFW that get a much better job done for less than $15 in a tunnel. No difference in what I got here compared to other tunnel washes. UPDATE: After leaving my review on Tommy's - they reached out saying the place named Tommy's isn't there and they should've taken down that place on apple. I flat out told the manager there that I came because the website said full service and he just waived it off. Which is very predatory. They know what they're doing. So this car wash establishment used to be Tommy's Terrific Car Wash, and now it's Zips. When it was Tommy's, I went there years ago on Veteran's Day as I am a Veteran, and they were supposed to honor a free wash for vets. They flat-out refused, saying they don't honor that promotion, so I left and never returned. Fast forward to today, and I received an email, with a promotion for $17 off their best "Get it All" wash. Eight bucks for a $25 wash sounded like a good deal to me. Well, lo and behold, when it was my turn to pay, both attendants said they wouldn't honor the deal. Talk about deja vu. Well, I insisted, so the girl tells me she is going to talk to the "district manager" who just happened to be there. Meanwhile, the other attendant goes to the computer, and types in the code I gave him repeatedly (I even showed him the email on my phone), and lo and behold, it worked!! Yay, I was making progress, or so I thought. I go through the tunnel and once I get out the other side, the line was backed up to use the vacuums. After wasting what seemed like 15 minutes, I decided to just leave. The wheels on my car were still dirty, and there were water spots all over. Not a happy camper, and again, I will never visit this place. I should have just left when they wasted my time debating the discount code their own company emailed me. read more

Literally the most aggressive car wash I've ever been to, like there's no reason for their machines to be hitting the car as hard as they do. Not worth the $12 at all- plus they don't take cash. I'd sooner go to a gas station car wash then ever come back. read more

This place is so chaotic since changing names, I don't know why I keep coming. The line gets so backed up for the vacuums that you can't get out of the car wash and it feels like you'll hit the car in front of you as the conveyor belt propels you forward. I was stuck in the dryers in one position so my car didn't dry properly, and then there was no one towel drying at the end like there used to be - so it's all streaky and not very clean looking. Once I finally got to a vacuum, the nozzle kept falling off so it wouldn't even vacuum effectively. The price is ridiculous for the service. Wouldn't be worth $10, definitely not worth $24 read more

Worst car wash I've ever been to. Too tight of turns to get in and out of the wash. Waited 10 minutes for a vacuum slot. Only to get there and both hoses and my neighbors kept falling out when in use. Asked the staff to fix it twice and still kept falling out. Went to ask management for a partial refund to such he responded that they don't do refunds. So now I'll be calling my card issuer. read more

I was in the area and needed to wash my car. They are a bit pricer then other car washes I've been too ($12 for basic wash). I was not disappointed, they manually dry the area that weren't dry when going through the machine. They also have a free vacuum area where they also offer towels and spray to clean your car. They also have a mat cleaning machine which I thought was pretty awesome. Overall, I had a great experience and will be returning. read more

Hit or miss on service. When they have the staff present it is great but when they are short on staff and can be frustrating. The way they take cars seems arbitrary some times. Sometimes you will skip cars sometimes you will be skipped. No preference given to monthly membership. read more

This location is not Tommy Terrific any more. It's Zip's car wash. I've been coming since it used to be Tommy Terrific and it's been a gradual decline. Prices went up and quality has gone down. What was most appalling on my last visit was the towels members are allowed to use. They were folding up the dirty towels to put in the clean section. I had just wiped down my interior with the 'clean' towel. Felt disgusted. read more

These people will still your money. It's almost impossible to cancel your account, and even when they tell you it is canceled, they continue to bill you multiple months. Even after I complained and tried to get my money back, 3 months of stolen money ($90), they tried to offer me discounted rates to continue service. These people are crooks, plain as day. read more
