Having Farine + Four below us was always a wonderful treat when we wanted some coffee or a snack. The gym is very simple and small. Usually if there's more than 3 people in there at once, it feels crowded. Our apartment is very modern, very new and has wonderful amenities. The balcony we had was no wider than 1 foot, so we only had space to put plants. But other balconies were larger and could fit chairs. Bathroom storage is wonderful. Lots of drawers. Kitchen storage is really good. Plenty of space to hold all pots, pans, plates, cups and bowls. Overall, very nice and accommodating!

I repeatedly told them I was using a blow dryer and blender and begged them to come out and see how thin the walls were and see if anything could be done to fix the problem and they refused saying apartment management was a work from home job. Turns out they forgot to drywall over the top 4 feet of brickwork in the apt to the left. I was told it didn't matter if I was making normal noise and it was during the day. So I became terrified to sew which I do for a living, to have people over to socialize or do anything in my apartment lest my neighbors complain. Meanwhile when I complained my new upstairs neighbor was loud and my apartment causing leaks into my apartment every 7-10 days for months (eventually flooding my workspace) they took her side saying it was a construction issue and their hands were tied bc they can't control repair timelines. This was even after the plumber said she had to be putting 20 gallons of water on the floor and she admitted to spilling a large amount of water. The neighbor who was falsely accusing me of using industrial equipment moved. They sold the building. I've stayed in my apartment and have had no problems with neighbors or management since.

They disregard the need from everything to compassion to caring about basic human needs, especially regarding health and safety. Not to mention horrible leaking after storms (sometimes shortening out the lights in the main pathways and in the units) which also caused a lot of black mold growth -which does not get taken care of by the way-; the list can go on and on, everything from demeaning and condescending upper management, or never office management. My son who is a first time renter at Ridgeline Apts tried to make a payment on the 5th as he was out of town working. He had issues with it getting submitted and it finally went through. This was prior to the 6th. He said it was different than normal. He then went on in the morning to make sure and seen a late charge of $100. Confused he emailed the property manager informing him of what happened. This was before the office even opened. The response, sorry we can charge either $20/day for being late or $100 for the month. Refused to remove late charge without screenshot of payment. Kind of hard to do when it didn't work right for you. Lesson learned for him, but horrible property management, especially when they reach out right away. Guess he won't be staying there long and based on the reviews, not sure many will either!

Since moving in back in Dec 2022 I had dealt with roaches everywhere, but heavily concentrated in the living room and kitchen. I complained several times and within the year there was no improvement. They spray every few months and even then roaches were seen inside my fridge. After many attempts at contacting them via email, voice messages and calls I never received my deposit of $600. During my stay, a bat was seen for days inside the laundry room, the manager "Heidi" I think, was always smoking outside but whether her or someone else, the inside of the building smells like cigarettes. The apartment was handed over in filthy condition, it was not cleaned. There were stains in the bedroom walls, a large hole in the drywall in the living room, only covered up with ducktape, fire alarm was not on but found in the kitchen drawer, carpet had a strange smell, roaches seen on day 1, and other large insects were found inside as the balcony doors were not well sealed. I also had suspicions that management entered without notifying me as during one message detailed descriptions were given to me when I continued to complain of roaches. Finally moved out as I was not going to bring my newborn into those living conditions. When I moved out I was accused of handing over the apartment in dirty conditions, missing fire alarm, and much more. I emailed the proof that I had cleaned and had communicated since day 1 the conditions of the apartment and never heard back from them. They failed to return me my deposit of at least 450 since they keep over 100 for closing fees at move out. The month of me moving out, someone in the building had bedbugs and they were going to spray the whole building. Please avoid if you can. Not worth it. Redkey still waiting for my deposit.
