Maintenance was always prompt with our requests and our problems were fixed quickly. It's kind of a loud area, lots of sirens many of the days. Having Farine + Four below us was always a wonderful treat when we wanted some coffee or a snack. The gym is very simple and small. Usually if there's more than 3 people in there at once, it feels crowded. Our apartment is very modern, very new and has wonderful amenities. The balcony we had was no wider than 1 foot, so we only had space to put plants. But other balconies were larger and could fit chairs. Bathroom storage is wonderful. Lots of drawers. Kitchen storage is really good. Plenty of space to hold all pots, pans, plates, cups and bowls. Overall, very nice and accommodating!

I was a perfect tenant paying rent on time for nearly 3 years then thus sorry excuse for a property…read moremanagement company bought the house and evicted me during a pandemic so they could "renovate!" I work 10-4 hours a day, six days a week, at a hospital during a pandemic! I rarely even get to sleep and was then forced to find a new house, pack, and move for no reason other than greed. Update: So they did some weird reno choices on the interior, did little to nothing on the exterior, then doubled the rent. It went from $750/mo to over $1300/mo. But it all worked out for the best. I was actually able to find a house for $700/mo that was even closer to my job with the same WONDERFUL property manager that I worked with before Chronicles took over.

Pj Morgan is not only frustrating as a homeowner, but I recently became a board member on our HOA…read moreboard and it has only reinforced my perception. As a homeowner- while PJ morgan is quick to respond to emails, you CANNOT trust that it is accurate information. In fact, the information they are providing to title companies is misleading regarding our HOA fees, which makes me question if they are opening our HOA up to legal recourse. Watch your accounts carefully, because I have had to correct their mishandling of my fees. As a Board member, our representative is totally unresponsive. This makes it terribly difficult to handle matters in a timely fashion-if at all. We now have a manager looped in and while their response is a bit better- it is still lacking. I do value that they offer free HOA courses. But those are completely useless if we have to struggle to manage our HOA due to their unresponsiveness.

I will move it from a 1 star to a 3 star for their effort in correcting the matter. My son who is a first time renter at Ridgeline Apts tried to make a payment on the 5th as he was out of town working. He had issues with it getting submitted and it finally went through. This was prior to the 6th. He said it was different than normal. He then went on in the morning to make sure and seen a late charge of $100. Confused he emailed the property manager informing him of what happened. This was before the office even opened. The response, sorry we can charge either $20/day for being late or $100 for the month. Refused to remove late charge without screenshot of payment. Kind of hard to do when it didn't work right for you. Lesson learned for him, but horrible property management, especially when they reach out right away. Guess he won't be staying there long and based on the reviews, not sure many will either!

I couldn't be happier with my first home buying experience thanks to this company hiring Erin Fox…read more I was totally caught of guard with the level of integrity she displayed in our dealings, and in fact I created this yelp account in response to Erin's unparalleled skillfulness, attitude, and methodology. She was the glue holding this entire endeavor together from start to finish. The road to buying your first home is a bumpy one as I personally experienced. Every bump however was met with an expert suspension system that is Erin Fox. She kept me engaged in the process when I thought all hope was lost several different times. She was able to refer me to the perfect lender for a first time home buyer which was instrumental to this being a successful deal. She has a very modern way of helping her customers, allowing me to text her if I ever have a question, aside from other more usual communication methods I may use. She actually used to be an attorney which equips her with the skill to craft the perfect purchase offer contract. Erin and her company are owed a huge debt of gratitude from myself and I'm confident that anyone in the market to buy or sell their home will come to see why, as I have.
