The delivery of both dishes had us salivating! I sadly failed to record my "Smokey" delivery of Rome but I will be back for this! #iykyk The unveiling of my dish let the smokey aroma explode and drew me into the dish and made me sad for that last bite! This plate is an experience everyone should enjoy. The semi chunky pesto put it over the top and they were not chinchy on any ingredients!! Did I mention how creamy the burrata was? Every layer of ingredients and flavor elevated this dish with each bite! My girl's dish, Tokyo LA, was served with a perfectly cooked soft egg and the salmon added the perfect flavor.
