They were trying to charge me to tape it on the box but they have sleeves that the return label can fit in and sticks to box. Instead he tells me he won't take ten like that and I need to pay to have them use 1, maybe 2 little pieces of tape. I had my own, but they are so rude how they address you, especially if you look under 30. Just rude, bad employees with horrible rules and procedures. I've gone there several times when the store should have been open but was not. One time she was in the store with the door locked with 15 to 20 minutes til closing. She just looked at me and looked away as if I wasn't there. Also, if the kiosk machine isn't working for the Amazon returns, she will not help you. She'll look at you as if you're off your rocker for even asking her to check your item in at the front counter. I'm not sure if she is allowed to decline the returns, but she does. This is the ONLY UPS store that gives you a horrible customer experience and I've been to many.
