We bought a Claudette Headboard from Ballard Designs and purchased White Glove delivery. We had…read morejust moved into a new home and spent a great deal of money on new carpeting. When my wife met the delivery drivers at the door and asked if they had shoe covers, they indicated they didn't. When asked if they would mind removing their shoes to move the headboard upstairs, they got a real attitude and one of the individuals stated "I am not removing my damn shoes". She was nice with the way she asked and when they gave her attitude, she just said well then take it back. When the manager "James" called, he proceeded to give her more attitude and defended the delivery driver and their attitude. We finally did get it delivered and the second set of delivery drivers, came with shoe covers (which we have also ordered on Amazon to keep on hand). They were nice so we ended up with what we wanted. I would expect people who do this for a living to be more customer service oriented. Too bad they seem like the only service in Tulsa. My next message will be going to Ballard Designs.

I called them and they finally set up an appointment on a Monday between 10-2 and that the delivery man would call 30 minutes before delivery to make sure I was here. Well, it never showed up. I called them multiple times and they had no idea where it was. Monday came and went and lo and behold, when I came home from work on Tuesday it was on my porch. At no point throughout the entire process did they attempt to contact me to tell me it was delayed or out for delivery. I will go out of my way to avoid using this company again.
