It was my very first time getting my car washed at a drive through wash and I was terrified. Fortunately for me Veronica was working that day and she made my experience absolutely seamless, and she made my anxiety completely fade away, she actually helped empower me and I did it. The car wash was great and having an employee like Veronica made the experience even better. Thanks read more

This car wash is the best kept secret in Hemet. But I would recommend this place in a heartbeat! They honor coupons and the service is amazing. They offer towels to dry your vehicle as well as window cleaner and tire shine for the tires. If you prefer to wash your vehicle by hand, $10 for unlimited time. Ramon, one of the workers is very friendly and helpful. A part had fell off my truck when I was there and I thought I lost it. He returned this to me on my next visit! Kind and courteous all the way around. Not to mention a vacuum comes with your fee as well. Best car wash hands down! read more

I love this car wash and so does my daughter. I like to do it myself so I know it gets done right. instead of using a drive thur that doesn't get every spot. The only problem is bathroom needs to be on property. it sucks when you have to go to bathroom and you don't get to finish your vehicl. I believe if the average person spends 30 minutes or longer at a business they should have access to bathrooms. read more

Zero customer service, I was happy to join the membership up until I received scratches on my car from a towel with staples and when I spoke to the manager who took two weeks to get back to me. His reply was that I could come on a Monday or Tuesday and wait around for the regional manager to show up. I have a two-year-old and a fiance that I caretake for so there's no way I could do that. I explained that to him and he proceeded to tell me that he checked all the towels in me that there were no staples in this house that they had and I told him that I had taken the towel how to staples pictures everything when it happened he basically denied the staples in the towel was a legitimate complaint, because anytime you use their equipment you're taking a risk with his reply. Also, see the app you can't cancel your service. You have to go there in person needs to have it where you could remove your card so that way you were technically canceling your service now you have to go and get a printer receipt that your counseling, so they make it hard to cancel unless you physically go there. Also, most of the people that work there, physically are willing to help dry off your car and are pleasant to be around and once you go through the car wash and others if you ask for them to help you fry off the car you get met with a grumble of words and a sigh or they don't help at all. There's a few people who are still around offering helpful service and others seem like their annoyed to be at work. read more

Zipline Express Carwash - Car Wash Near Me - Hemet, California

Best car wash in hemet 10 bucks on the self serve and you have unlimited time and free towels and products

This is my favorite car wash in town. They have a great monthly deal for unlimited washes. It also includes a dashboard cleaner and air freshener every time I go through. But most importantly, the staff are all really kind and helpful. They now even offer to dry your car for you which is an excellent touch! But my favorite thing is the free Rug Beater to clean my car Mats! You won't be disappointed. read more

Zipline Express Carwash - The staff drying my car windows after my wash so I don't get spots - Car Wash Near Me - Hemet, California

Bait and switch by ZipLine Express Car Wash I had a coupon for a free carwash from that coupon magazine we all get. Just had to download their app. So I did and presented the coupon and was told that the owner, Karl, instructed all employees not to honor the coupon. Wtf. I was next in line and couldn't back out so I had to pay for the wash which was supposed to be free! Don't trust this place. I reached out to Karl via email with no response now for 4 days. It's messed up to take advantage of us Hemet residents who are on a budget and thought we found a good deal. Shame on you Karl! read more

I do not recommend zipline car wash on State Street They are rude lazy and don't know how to treat their people their car wash left scratches all over my hood of my car and they never have any tire shine towels and they're lazy employees don't even come up to dry my car. Since their best worker is not there anymore I will not be going to that car wash anymore and neither will my family and friends be going there read more

1st time there. I used the self serve/hand held spray wash. I paid the $10 and it was unlimited. Then I used the vacuum and it was included in the $10. Very good equipment and I thought it was a good value. I'll be back.. read more

McClauren, Thanks. I really appreciate your great customer service. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and the help with drying my windows

I went in this past week and Scott helped me let me first start off with he has the best customer service! It was my first time and I was not sure what was the difference in the top 2 packages he extra loaned them and the rest of the carwash to me. I hadn't washed me car since the end of May due to back surgery. I'm amazed to say for $19 my car came out so clean along with my rims. Scott came up to me while I was checking out my car and stated that I had access to tire shine, windex and bug spray. I said thank you and since he knew I had surgery he offered to apply the tire shine for me! He did an amazing job and I just want to let his upper management know you guys are lucky to have him and due to not only your wash doing it's job but also because of Scott I will most definitely be back!!! read more

I had the unlimited car wash for years and they have just recently started doing a horrible job on the cars so they can force you in to buying the more expensive car washes. And they now have there employees hustling for tips. It just ends up cheaper to take it to a full service car wash. Talk about a greedy business owner!!!Now I just went over to Tommy's and they did a great job with out all the drama! read more

Great price, everything worked well, attendant was courteous. I will be coming here from now on and tell my friends and fam.

By far the best car wash I've gone to in years, I have the monthly subscription and its well worth every penny. The customer service is beyond great and I'm always treated like a good friend. The prices are cheaper then anywhere else I've gone. Thank you so much for everything Zipline Express Carwash!! read more

Ripped off. Paid for wipe down, tire dressing and under carriage and got none of them.

Touch free wash. Service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick wash and vacuum.

Went to zip line today to was my F250 keep in mind I was 5 cars a week there and sometimes more than once! I asked the kid if he could hit the top of my tonneau cover with the hand brush because the car wash is so short and the brushes in the system never cleans it! He told me no and that my $14.00 wash doesn't cover that. I wasn't asking him to do the whole truck with it just the cover! It's such a simple thing to ask since it just sits there all day and descent get used. It should be an option for free not an extra so now they just lost my business. After I finished my wash there I took my truck and went to shine city on Florida it's a much better wash and they have shade to dry your vehicle and the air to blow the water out of creves and 10 times stronger and if you grt the $18.00 wash you get a nice quality shammy to finish the job. Sorry zip line but for your guys standing around educate them them to don't just stand there. read more

Excellent customer service! Tyler was very knowledgeable about the services they provide and was able to answer all my questions. The car wash was speedy and did a thorough job. There were only a few stuck on dirty spots but that is to be expected with a drive thru car wash. Overall, I am satisfied with the car wash and the vacuums. They even give you a air freshener and a wipe down cloth. I will definitely be a returning customer. read more
