They don't understand the difference between working dogs(service animals) and pet dogs, and there is a HUGE difference between them. I get that there is a big influx of people abusing the label of a therapy dog, but it's pretty easy to tell the difference. Legally a service dog in training and a graduated service dog have the right to go anywhere to train that is open to the public. It's disappointing, as there seems to be the assumption that people who need actual service dogs will not shop at corner stores. I cannot give the uneducated my business, even though they do not have the legal right to refuse service, I will respect their wishes, but I had to say something and this review is my protest. I hope in the future they can become educated on the topic and supportive of those who really need a dog to help them. read more
