Once we found the building, we followed the signs and talked to the manager first. She sent us to Issac, who was patient and accommodating. Being that there was a death involved, there were some details that seemed to be used occasionally, not daily. He sought help quickly and quietly. The process was smooth. To our surprise, there was another beneficiary named and that person could not be revealed. I'm glad to see that privacy concerns are strongly supported.

Numbers not the same from the original estimate. They also share your contact with all the 3rd-parties and more than 6 months later I still got dozens of spam calls. They didn't tell you your loan portal docs will disappear once the loan is funded. This loan department needs restruction.

The lady who answered the phone mentioned to me that the manager was not there. Which I had spoken to that specific manager an hour prior. So when I mentioned to her I had just Spoke to that manager an hour prior she then said oh yes this (manager) is here. So I asked if she could transfer me over, and she replied yes and hung up. I have tried calling back several times now there is nobody to take calls at this time apparently . I have to say this is terrible customer service would not recommend banking at this branch
