I wanted to find a person with the full package: experience, energy, resiliency, flexibility, and humor (although, I did initially imagine a Ben Affleck-esque accountant coming to save me with guns a blazing). My friends and family and colleagues said nothing - verbally. They just stared. It probably didn't help that March 15 was creeping up and my QBO was a mess. I was an utter mess of anxiety with the shakes. I'm not a praying person. But I prayed for a miracle. Cimmer agreed to meet with me and look over what I would need in order to complete all the required tax forms (I had a vague idea of what those were). In that short time, I knew she was going to be my Baywatch red floaty. And it was just like in the show!! She sprinted in with the red floaty in tow, hair whirling and all, to save me from drowning. The best part? She didn't just pull me out, she taught me how to swim! She gave me the tools I needed to clean up my books, showed me what my spreadsheets and numbers should look like, and translated the jargons of QBO/accounting/finance/numbers. She set me on track and pro'd through the taxes. I cannot put into words how much gratitude and appreciation I have for Cimmer. She is exceptional with so much knowledge and experience. I needed a person, not to do the grind work (that's what I needed to learn), but to have solutions with plans and execute processes and improvements. She's my rock star and I am ecstatic to have her in my corner.

You need Virgina as your accountant for your business. If you have a small business or multiple…read moresources of personal income she is EXCELLENT. She talks to me in plain english, not accounting jargon, so that I can understand everything that is happening with my financials and tax returns. Virginia spent significant time showing me how Quickbooks worked for my bookkeeping, explained how some of the tax code works, and generally helped me get confident and informed about my business's financial health. She is extremely diligent and patient with bookkeeping in Quickbooks and proactive about taxes at the end of the year. Virginia is also a good human, during a difficult period in my business she was conservative abut how much time she spent on our books to keep our costs low. She is direct and to the point. A valuable asset that I am very grateful for!

Looked up Paige Fiduciary and found Stevie Slaughter. Seemed real enough. Called her back with caution, not knowing what to expect. She was calling about our Mother. Mom was in the hospital and wanted me to know. Sadly we had been estranged for many years with no contact. We were able to meet Mom and reconnect. We got to spend the last month of her life smiling, laughing, crying and being a loving family. After getting to know Stevie during this time, we had many interaction regarding the details of the Estate and what Mom's wishes were for care etc. We found Stevie to be the most honest, caring, professional advocate for our Mom. Stevie lived the term "guardian" with all her clients. I know without a doubt she would protect a client as if it were her own family member. She and her staff were amazing at helping clean out Mom's house, helping to arrange funeral and burial services, as well as handling the financial aspects. She was constantly reaching out to us and willing to offer her knowledge of ways we could handle things. We both owe the deepest thanks and gratitude to Stevie. If it were not for her doing we may never have gotten to reconnect with our Mom for the last days she had. Stevie became and always will be a dear friend for what she did to help our family. I would suggest her to anyone that is even thinking they may need end of life services. She will not disappoint and will be on your side 100%.

Despite my nervousness Ms.Tasha totally helped me out and put my mind at ease. Actually with her help and amiable demeanor my very first tax experience (at the age of 24) was really fun and exciting! Thats totally wierd, but I am actually looking forward to doing my taxes again next year, I dont know why I waited so long this time but with the ProfessionalIy decorated office and really nice ladies of Andrade Tax Services (especially Tasha) I had a very positive, memorable experience. Plus I was in and out in about 45mins! Thanks! :-) P.s. Even if I had ended up owing money, I still would have remained Super Impressed and happy with my overall experience. Idk why but I thought filing my taxes would be a lot like interrogation room and people demanding answers for what you had spent for the entire year. Lol! So not true. (Stupid TV)

Sure, here's a polished and professional version of your review that maintains your tone and…read moremessage: It's unfortunate that I feel the need to write this review after nearly seven years with this tax provider. Over the past few years, I've increasingly felt that I wasn't receiving the level of attention or valuable insight I needed--especially when it comes to saving money on taxes. I keep my documents very simple and well-organized, so my tax preparation isn't time-consuming. Despite that, I've been charged nearly $400 for a basic return with one W-4 and a few expenses, which feels excessive. When I've asked for guidance on how to better adjust my W-4 or plan ahead to avoid underpayment, the responses have felt vague and non-committal--more of a "try this, try that" approach rather than providing a solid strategy. Over the years, I've referred several people to this provider, even while questioning the high cost myself. I'm confident that even if my tax situation became more complex, I'd still be charged the same flat rate, without any additional support or deeper review of my circumstances. Ultimately, I'm looking for someone who will take the time to evaluate my lifestyle, income, and overall financial situation--someone who can provide proactive guidance in today's ever-changing tax landscape. It's time for a change. After email exchange expressing my situation, I was told I had four days to download all my documents from a portal and it was all very negative and aggressive communication from the owner. After seven years plus working with this provider directly, I was hoping for more of a compassionate response, but that was not found.
