I've spoken with four different representatives. Every one of them assured me the transaction would be completed within two business days. Yet the funds have remained in my account with no movement. Finally, the most recent representative admitted they're experiencing an internal processing issue, which explains the delay. Ironically, I was once again told it should be completed within "the next one or two business days." I've never experienced this kind of issue with any other investment company or financial institution. Hopefully they resolve the problem soon, but based on my experience, I'd recommend doing your research before choosing Voya.
