Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! Are either of you going to send me back my gas money or give me for my time back for being misinformed? Doubt it. I suggest if you're gonna hire them, concentrate on them actually giving out the right information in the first place, not simply giving out misinformation so easily instead of nonsense that others have to deal with the aftermath. I give my business to you with trust and am thanked with lack of factual information and actually caring about what your customers think. Sincerely not appreciated and "I'm sorry" doesn't do s*#t.
