You can tell they genuinely care and take pride in doing a great job. That's rare these days at a pool hall. Overall, they are just great people who provide a great experience. I want to start by acknowledging how amazing the entire staff at Shooters has always been. Their…read morehospitality, friendliness, and consistency are the reason I continued to visit for so long. A special thank you to Tracy behind the bar, who has always provided outstanding service and made guests feel welcome. Unfortunately, despite the excellent staff, I will no longer be supporting this establishment. Over time, I've become increasingly uncomfortable with the behavior of some of the clientele. I've repeatedly heard racist remarks disguised as "jokes," and in 2026, this type of behavior simply has no place in our society. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, beliefs, and political views, but there is a time and place for those conversations, especially in a public setting where people should feel safe and welcome. What is most disappointing is that the environment seems to have been allowed to continue unchecked. As a customer, I cannot help but feel that ownership is either unaware of what is occurring or not sufficiently involved in addressing it. This is unfortunate because it negatively impacts the experience for guests who simply want to enjoy a night out without feeling uncomfortable or looking over their shoulder. I used to love coming here, which makes writing this review especially disappointing. The staff deserves recognition for the work they do every day, but the atmosphere created by some patrons has made it a place where I no longer feel welcome. I sincerely hope management takes a closer look at the culture being tolerated in the establishment because this venue has the potential to be much better.
