*I ordered a cappuccino and was told I could not have it with dark roast. They only make it with light roast, which I hate the taste of. They would not, could not change it to dark roast. So I got it with a shot of dark roast. Still had the overwhelming, nasty taste of light roast. *I asked for it UNSWEETENED, it was sweetened. *I was told that light roast has more caffeine, which I knew, but I can't have a lot of caffeine. I drink dark roast for the taste not the caffeine. *I don't understand why a dark roast cappuccino couldn't be made for a paying customer. Because of this, I will not be going to any Ziggi's locations anywhere. As a small business owner, customer satisfaction is a top priority! I just can't believe my simple order couldn't be made. 3 stars means ok. That's true for this place. They are located a little off the highway, which was ok. The menu was large with lots of choices. There was not too many low sugar options, which was ok with me. I ordered a 24 ounce iced green tea. There wasn't too much tea in the large cup as it was 95% ice and took less than a moment to drink. The part that got me was the price. It was a $5 tea and since I paid with a card, was given a tablet that had the tip question. The tip options were $1-3, which basically guaranteed a 50% tip. This wasn't a special order, the service was not at all extraordinary. But that tip was such a sticking point and made an over the top expensive sip stop. read more

We was getting gas and I found this place on the maps. The cuties place ever, in the middle of no where right behind the Loves Truck stop it's hidden. I had to try this place , so I went on my adventure and was so excited to walk up and see this cute place up close. The girl was sooo soo sweet I love that, she matched the decor. The menu is simple but they will make your drink how you want it. I'm happy I stopped because I the drinks was so good, they did not disappoint, my drink was the perfect sweet. I did not have to wait long and my order was ready. If your ever in the area, you have to try this place at least once. read more

We stopped here for a caffeine fix before hitting the road to Las Vegas. I ordered a Colorado Mocha and my mom had an americano. I loved my Colorado Mocha, which is one of their specialities, containing chocolate, coconut, and almond notes. This was my first experience at a Ziggi's, and sadly, they're not yet in Las Vegas, so I won't be able to return until I'm back in Colorado. Best coffee around. There is no better. Seriously though. They're always friendly and will answer any menu questions you may have. I typically get a hot white mocha, and it's delicious. It's not too hot where you can't drink, but it's hot enough for the deliciousness to warm you up on a cold day. The other drinks are really good too! Get a hot chocolate with hazelnut flavoring. I have this a three because my breakfast sandwich was cold in the middle. I think that if you are going to pull something out of the freezer and put it in the toaster it should at least be warmed through. The skim latte was good. Maybe I'll try again when I'm back in the Denver area but there are a lot of other coffee shops to try. read more

I actually had just left a great review, but I had an interaction with one of the employees there. I would go almost every single day and that interaction made me not want to go anymore at all. Coffee has always been something that I really enjoy drinking, but I can't drink regular milk because it reacts really bad on my skin. So I would always choose an alternative, which is Oatmilk. Obviously it's a $.75 up-charge which is not a problem at all but it does add up. I went this time. And I noticed my drink was way more liquidy than it usually is with the Oatmilk. I mean I drink every day. I know what it looks like. So I went back and asked. The girl completely disregarded what I said just said well I don't know what to tell you when I told her to take a look at how liquidy it is. I told her it was fine and I was just going to take my drink and leave. I didn't want to continue with the interaction and I just wanted to leave. I didn't wanna make anyone feel bad, but I am paying for the drink and for the up charge for the oat milk. She took the drinks back, and re-made them. But she was very rude about it. When I said it was fine she said it's not fine if you came back with such an attitude. I have never been rude to any of these girls, and I don't like bringing up problems or being a confrontational person. But it is my money and it is something I paid for. She ended up giving me the drinks and I just left crying cause I felt so shitty. I've been going for approximately two years now. I don't think I will be going back, which is sad because I really like this coffee place. And I know it might not matter to some people. But it definitely matters to me. I don't think I've ever encountered a coffee shop quite this good there's not very many of them so you have to look keep your eyes peeled this one's in Hudson Colorado and worth a trip maybe on your day off for the weekend sit there outside and drink your coffee! I played it safe and got my usual coffee, that i get at ANY coffee shop because it's really hard to mess up a caramel macchiato, but I've seen a few coffee shops mess it up and have it taste awful... but this was not the case! I loved my drink! My friend got a redbull infused drink which she loved as well! This is one of the best coffee places I've been to in awhile! Their coffee is great and decently priced, their customer service is great as well! I'm in Colorado for a few weeks to visit a friend and I definitely think we will be going here as much as possible! Ziggi's is definitely better than Starbucks in every way possible. So glad we found this little gem! read more

I went to Ziggi's for the first time today. We have seen it many times while going to Ben's but never visited. My husband always said how he's heard that Ziggi's is excellent and I must say, he was right! I went through the drive threw and ordered a vanilla cappuccino. The woman working was very friendly and welcoming. Their menu is very full and I'd love to try something new next time. She asked if I'd like a chocolate covered espresso bean, which of course I did! It was really fantastic and the cappuccino was one of the best I've ever had. I will be visiting Ziggi's again soon! read more
