They have a little bit of everything...rustic, contemporary, glamorous, transitional...I personally would have liked to see more formal and traditional pieces, but I also understand that's not what's in style these days. But because they are a full-scale interior design firm as well as a retail storefront, they can always order or custom design what you want. They have great links to their suppliers on their website, as well as some great photos of their work. Their furniture and most of their accessories are reasonably priced; a few seem a bit high, but this is a small local business and not a big-box retailer. You're also paying for quality and it's a great place to find that unique piece that isn't just your standard mass-produced, made in China trinket. I have not used their interior design services; I'm only speaking for the retail store, but should you require an interior designer, I'd say this place is definitely worth checking out!

Over different days she explained the difference between lithographs, serigraphs, hand-embellished pieces. I price-checked in front of her, never felt embarrassed. Didn't buy until basically the last day. Zero pressure, ever. I Left with two Kre8s, a Peter Max, a Fazzino, and that Warren. About the pricing, yes it's above street market, but the frames alone are stunning. I tried framing the complimentary lithographs I received and got a reality check fast on what framing actually costs. So honestly, the framing alone and when you include shipping is already at least 250+ everything arrived faster than I expected, beautifully packed. No issues whatsoever. One thing nobody mentions: once you buy, suddenly everyone on the ship has an auction story. There's this whole little art community that forms onboard. Genuinely fun. Go for the free drink. I ordered a couch from Jugo on April 7, 2013. I spoke with Georg, the owner, the next day and he confirmed the item was in stock and that it would ship within 10 days. Over the course of the next several weeks I was given several expected arrival dates by Georg but the couch never showed up. After a long and frustrating experience trying to track it down, I finally moved to cancel my order on May 8. I was told I would receive a refund within 2 business days. 1 week later, I still had not received a refund. I was told by Georg that it was just processed and would be available within 2 more business days. It is now May 23 and I have still not received a reimbursement nor have I received any further communication from Georg. Working with Jugo has been one of the worst consumer experiences of my life. I ended up having to file a complaint with the BBB in order to get refunded. I have email documentation of this entire terrible experience. It is unfortunate that people like Jugo take advantage of consumers. They owe my over $2K.

I made a pile of items I wanted to purchase and was told all of her earrings that were on the costume jewelry table that were not marked were $3 each. I found a pair of suspicious looking gold earrings on the costume table and decided to purchase them. She gave me a weird look when I grabbed them, but didn't say anything except that they were $3 each AFTER seeing that I'd grabbed them and had them in my hand. After I finished shopping, I started to check out, and she totaled up some of my items. When she got to the earrings that she told me were $3, she said "Oh, I have to loop these." When I told her that she'd told me they were $3, she stated that they were 14k gold and that she'd have to weigh them and price them accordingly. I would've been more than understanding of this if she hadn't already quoted them at a price of $3, if it wasn't 30 minutes before closing and they hadn't been sitting there ALL day, and if she truly was kind about the situation. But to know those earrings had been sitting there since she opened the sale at 10am, and that she'd told me the price even after knowing I had them, is an extremely unprofessional move. I told her she'd already quoted me the price, and that she was not being professional. She stated that she was just looking out for the customer. If you were TRULY looking out for the customer, don't price your items $30 over market price. Nearly every other thing I picked up in the entire house was FAR higher than eBay. That's what most in the business would call RIPPING OFF YOUR CUSTOMERS. And why in the world if you TRULY want to do what's BEST for the customer, go through your items for the estate BEFORE you put them out for sale and put a price on them! The sale was located in White Lake on Lynnwood Lane. To the owners: I hope that she truly sells them for the gold price to another buyer and doesn't pocket the extra money for them.
