Bought 3 pairs of these thermal socks for my mum, she walks every day outside for exercise and her feet are always cold. Bought 2 pairs for her 7.5 sized feet. These socks are hugely big and are not snug at all. As such they move around too much in boots and shoes. They might fit size 9-10 women with extra wide feet, if I had to guess. Return was easy. They had 3 associates working the return counter. 2 of the 3 staff had their masks on below their noses, luckily there's a plexi glass divider.

They have a little bit of everything...rustic, contemporary, glamorous, transitional...I personally would have liked to see more formal and traditional pieces, but I also understand that's not what's in style these days. But because they are a full-scale interior design firm as well as a retail storefront, they can always order or custom design what you want. They have great links to their suppliers on their website, as well as some great photos of their work. Their furniture and most of their accessories are reasonably priced; a few seem a bit high, but this is a small local business and not a big-box retailer. You're also paying for quality and it's a great place to find that unique piece that isn't just your standard mass-produced, made in China trinket. I have not used their interior design services; I'm only speaking for the retail store, but should you require an interior designer, I'd say this place is definitely worth checking out!

I kept asking about piece after piece and Ronél Ströh never made me feel like I was wasting her time. Over the course of the trip she really learned my taste and found a stunning painting by Jim Warren. She Tracked it down in the catalog, wasn't even on the ship. She just knew I'd want it. Over different days she explained the difference between lithographs, serigraphs, hand-embellished pieces. I price-checked in front of her, never felt embarrassed. Didn't buy until basically the last day. Zero pressure, ever. I Left with two Kre8s, a Peter Max, a Fazzino, and that Warren. About the pricing, yes it's above street market, but the frames alone are stunning. I tried framing the complimentary lithographs I received and got a reality check fast on what framing actually costs. So honestly, the framing alone and when you include shipping is already at least 250+ everything arrived faster than I expected, beautifully packed. No issues whatsoever. One thing nobody mentions: once you buy, suddenly everyone on the ship has an auction story. There's this whole little art community that forms onboard. Genuinely fun. Go for the free drink. They certainly seem to operate with the fly-by-night business model. Their Livonia warehouse looks like a total dive. My wife and I ordered furniture back in March of 2013, and and as of October 2013 we have not received the completed set. They stopped returning calls and e-mails. I had to actually drive to the store only to be given the run-around again. We'll be taking legal action shortly. I'd venture a guess the few positive review on here are from friends and family members of the owners.

I ordered a couch from Jugo on April 7, 2013. I spoke with Georg, the owner, the next day and he confirmed the item was in stock and that it would ship within 10 days. Over the course of the next several weeks I was given several expected arrival dates by Georg but the couch never showed up. After a long and frustrating experience trying to track it down, I finally moved to cancel my order on May 8. I was told I would receive a refund within 2 business days. 1 week later, I still had not received a refund. I was told by Georg that it was just processed and would be available within 2 more business days. It is now May 23 and I have still not received a reimbursement nor have I received any further communication from Georg. Working with Jugo has been one of the worst consumer experiences of my life. I ended up having to file a complaint with the BBB in order to get refunded. I have email documentation of this entire terrible experience. It is unfortunate that people like Jugo take advantage of consumers. They owe my over $2K.
