Excellent work. Beyond my expectations. I have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 that I just picked up and I had to leave this review as such. My central concern was the salt from the winters and the rust greatly shortening the life of the vehicle. I was also having some gloss coating and paint issues in a few spots where the dealer repaired it but the job was unsatisfactory. Ziebart took a look and said they could handle finishing the job but there were 2 particularly troubled areas where they and myself weren't sure if the paint would need to be reapplied. This would've cost me a significant amount to fix had I needed to have those repainted but they said it would be included in the package. This was beyond the standard service and involved more skill and more attention than would've typically taken. After only one full day of them working on my Jeep, they were completed. After finding out they had finished we drove back down and I will admit, I could see this thing shining from a quarter mile down the street. First off, The diamond gloss was thick and super glossy just how one would have hoped. It feels silk smooth to the touch and from an angle you see the who equal consistency around the entire thing you really have to see it in person but it's impressive. All of the paint areas where we were unsure ended up turning out incredible. There was no way of noticing anything is a repair, blends perfectly.. Beyond that it really brings out the sparkle and shine. The interior however was possibly most shocking of all. My car was embarrassingly messy when I brought it in and they cleaned everything to literally showroom quality. It was simply incredible!! I also crawled underneath to see the undercoating and to ensure proper coverage. This was ultra thick sprayed on there. Just how you would hope In order to protect itself over the winter. Glass treatment was also done. Haven't been able to check the quality of that yet. You do get a staggering 10 year warranty which includes an annual re-spray of the undercoating for free. Essential if you live in NY. The staff and team involved was all incredible. The whole process is very personal. We Joked around and they were able to make me feel at home. Car looks the best I've ever seen. Some serious benefits involved all the way around the vehicle. Inside outside underneath. If you want to protect your vehicle or revitalize it, this is simply a great service. Guys are all helpful as possible. I didn't know any of these guys and I'm not from the area originally but I did find out that the owner is actually a young guy who started the business himself, creating jobs, helping the local economy at a time when every business is fleeing as fast as possible from WNY - they are investing in it and they had a consistent client base while I was in - most likely Bc the work they do is just kick ass. Any type of newer vehicle purchase I would bring it down and get the works - get the full package - and you'll be blown away just as I was. Simply impeccable. Best investment into my vehicle so far and in all seriousness I'm very bold, and up front, call it how I see it, brutally honest type and usually that means I'm a critical, pessimistic, bastard - but these guys were flawless and that's a rarity with anything these days. Recommended for sure. If I had to find something I wasn't thrilled about, in fairness, it would be the 1" x 1" Ziebart sticker on my back windshield. I don't recall ever discussing this nor agreeing to that and although it's a tiny one inch sticker, I wasn't thrilled about the realization that it was there. I really hate the thought of putting any stickers on it at all. Turns out it actually came right off cleanly. read more
