A great fine dining seafood restaurant in Rome. They bid themselves as "your fish restaurant near…read morethe Coliseum," and if you're a seafood fan; definitely don't snooze by this place!
We had an awesome celebratory family friendly meal here. We started with the langoustine tartar with foie gras, which was a delicious mix of flavors. The oysters looked appealing, but were a bit pricey so we passed on those. We also got the sea scallops with pork cheek, which were both delightful and fresh, followed by a tomato-ey pasta dish, which I can't for the line of me remember now, except that it was absolutely delightful.
We ordered a sea bass fillet for the main course, which was delicious, although a very small portion, but it was still enjoyed greatly. Service was slow and relaxed, as is typical in Italy; really appreciated this spot serving as our celebratory dinner!
