They put more effort on marketing and commenting on reviews than they do in the quality of their work. At the end of 4 stressful months they pressured me with a disclosure agreement saying I could not claim any issues with their work and or post any negative reviews online or they would fine me $1000 per review. That is the opposite of "exceeding customer expectations" which they claim in their marketing and responses to comments. I did not sign the agreement. It makes me sad to think of how many people must have signed this form scared of the consequences or unwilling to pay the $300 I paid to go see a lawyer for advice. I would therefore argue their online reviews should be considered with caution. To summarize the issues, poor quality work and unprofessionalism: * Terrible project management and scheduling of work * Workers regularly being late or not showing up * Rework of tiles and interior brickwork required * Lack of protection on site after promising multiple times to cover in plastic * Lack of communication throughout the project * Inflation of plumbing and electrical hours charged * Violated electrical codes by covering a switch box in the kitchen with tile

But my contractor could not install it due to some unforeseen circumstances. When we opened the boxes months later we noticed that the refrigerator was missing. I did not expect anything from the company since it was my fault most probably that I did not check the shipment correctly or the refrigerator was stolen or something else. I still contacted with the company just to ask them if they could check if they sent the item. They checked and confirmed that it was sent. But surprisingly they sent me a replacement free of charge as a compliment. The customer service by BHARATI was very timely, effective, courteous and responsive. She called me and sent emails enough times about this ticket and for other purchases I placed later and a couple delivery problems. I don't know about the products' quality or durability as they are still not installed but I am very confident if I have further problems the company will stand by their products. Overall, great company, greater customer service and greatest representative.

Don`t let the elegant appearance fool you, the quality of kitchen faucets is poor. Stick to the flooring, and anything that has no moving parts. I bought a Como brand kitchen faucet and paid $150.00 for it, thinking it would be good quality. Looks are deceiving, and the price led me to believe that I was buying a good quality faucet but I was wrong. It was easy to install, it looks beautiful, but you only have 2 choices of water temperature.... scalding hot or freezing cold. There is no way to moderate the water temperature. It`s almost impossible to get a balanced warm temperature. I am either scalding my hands, or freezing them. The faucet is complete garbage, and now I have to buy a new faucet because I didn`t return it, so that`s on me. However, I thought I would get used to the horrible temperature settings after a few weeks, but alas, I was incorrect in my assumption. I will now go to Home Depot and get a Kohler or Moen.
