Leaking ice and water into freezer, temperature of bottled water and refrigeration items warmer than I like not cold enough,so I tried the temp to lower than 37,but it did not change due to factory ,the we called we are waiting on second repair. I can not return, because of 30 day policy. So I have thrown out food in freezer because with crystalization,I could not trust. We are between a rock, and a hard place. There has been trouble with these, that I read about. My fault for buying a returned product. I wish there is a nice way to help each other. I do not know what to do.

NEVER and I mean, NEVER, use Fullertons for any of your appliances…read more Day 1 of installing our new washer it didn't work... had to wait an entire week for them to come out and "fix" it. After a few more weeks we had to have them come out because it stopped spinning so they "fixed it" again. About 1 month later we had to have them come out YET AGAIN because the washer was making extremely loud noises so they "fixed it" by putting plastic covered on the bottom of the washer. Here we are now almost a year out and our BRAND NEW WASHER FROM FULLERTONS is still a LEMON. They said they would be here at 9am to look at it because I work at 10am. It's now 9:45 and they are not here. Never give these people your money. in this economy of living paycheck to paycheck and trying to just make it by for me and my kids, I am now out of a brand new washer due to Fullertons selling me a lemon and making sure to not address it during my warranty still being effective.

I was here roughly a month ago buying supplies for a duplex renovation. I usually go to 'that other…read morehome improvement store' located near the airport but I was given some Home Depot gift cards and wanted to use them. One thing I like about Home Depot is I can cut wood and pay for it by the linear foot. This is much appreciated. In general, they have a decent stock, overall, when it comes to everything in the store. What sucked is the employees. I had a question about light bulbs and one worker told me he'd go get the lighting specialist and I stood there waiting for ten minutes. Frustrated, I decided I'd buy the bulbs elsewhere and continued on my shopping. The ONLY employee at this Home Depot who asked me if I needed any assistance was a gentleman named Rich. He was very helpful and I wish the other associates at this store were as helpful as he. There were some other associates who helped me when I needed assistance (they had to get the lift to grab a pedestal and a sink off a shelf many feet up) but they weren't super impressive, friendly-wise. As mentioned, based on my list, this Home Depot had a decent amount of items in stock. I would give them a 3.5 out of 5 but rounded down due to the lack of help by everyone with the exception of employee Rich.

We were told it would ship via UPS. Instead, it showed up on a 53-foot tractor-trailer with no liftgate, on a residential street that couldn't handle it. The lone driver nearly wrecked the box getting a glass shower door off the truck. The glass survived; a door bumper didn't. Customer service put us on hold for up to 10 minutes at a time, then promised a replacement bumper. A week later, we learned that was "misinformation." The manufacturer wanted the entire door returned. Home Depot emailed us a scheduled pickup with a tracking number. On pickup day, nobody called. When we contacted the carrier ourselves, they told us the tracking number belonged to an order closed in 2017, and there was no pickup scheduled and no truck in our area. Home Depot's phone rep, after a 20-minute hold, suggested we leave a huge, heavy glass door on our porch. When asked why the carrier never contacted us, her answer was, "Oh well, that's the way things go." The next rep kept reading us the same 2017 tracking number. The one bright spot: the staff at our local store went out of their way to help, even though they told us the online side operates separately and they have limited ability to fix .com orders. The door was eventually picked up and refunded, but only after hours of phone calls and a corporate escalation. If you're ordering anything large online from Home Depot, be prepared to manage the whole thing yourself.
