After a few more weeks we had to have them come out because it stopped spinning so they "fixed it" again. About 1 month later we had to have them come out YET AGAIN because the washer was making extremely loud noises so they "fixed it" by putting plastic covered on the bottom of the washer. Here we are now almost a year out and our BRAND NEW WASHER FROM FULLERTONS is still a LEMON. They said they would be here at 9am to look at it because I work at 10am. It's now 9:45 and they are not here.
