This is hands down my new favorite restaurant in Brookings. I wish I could remember the name of the dish I ordered, because it was easily one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Absolutely 10 out of 10. Everything about it just hit right. Flavor, presentation, portion size, all of it. The waitstaff was incredible. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and just genuinely great to deal with. You can tell they know the menu and actually care about the experience.
