We needed an emergency carpet and upholstery cleaning for our small rental home in Santa Monica. Tenants were slated to move in that same week, and our usuasl subcontractor completely disappeared on us. A neighbor in our building, also a landlord, recommended ZeroVap and saved the day. They were able to fit us in the very next day. Miguel was the technician who came out. After being ghosted by our regular team, I really appreciated the communication. He called to let us know he was running late due to traffic & from an earlier job taking longer than expected. He showed up in that timeframe and did a solid job of showing us the areas that needed extra attention/extra products -- honestly, I mostly nodded along, I don't know too much about cleaning lol. After he was done, everything looked and smelled clean without any gnarly chemical scents. Most importantly, Miguel was able to get out a couple of tough stains in the living room carpet that we had been hiding with patterned rug. Price was fair ($$) but worth it when you need things done done. Ask for Miguel - check if he is available. Would recommend 5/5 easily. read more

Had ZeroVap come by to clean my carpets, and damn, they did a solid job. Crew was chill, showed up on time, and just got right into it and they are fast. My carpets were looking pretty rough, but they got 'em looking fresh again--like, almost brand new. No weird, overpowering cleaning smells after. They use eco-friendly stuff, so everything just felt... cleaner. No toxic smells or anything. They were in and out pretty quick, and the price wasn't crazy either. Definitely recommend if you're in Santa Monica and need your carpets revived! read more

Zerovap - Insulation Installation Near Me

Hired ZeroVap to clean the carpets in my Santa Monica rental after a tenant stayed there with pets and left a ditry mess. They did amazing job, there were a few bad stains I honestly thought wouldn't come out but by the time they finished the carpets looked almost brand new, thank god! The tech was super friendly and worked really efficiently. Communication with the office was easy too and the price felt really fair for how much work they did. I'm honestly impressed, it was totally worth it. I'd definetly call them in the future if needed. read more

I booked ZeroVap for a friend's home renovation project I'm helping with, and honestly, they were fantastic from start to finish. The team showed up on time, walked through the space with me, and explained exactly what they'd be doing before getting started. You could actually see the difference as they worked; all the renovation dust, paint specks, and random stains that looked permanent just disappeared. They were efficient but still super thorough, and the best part is there was zero chemical smell afterward, just clean, fresh carpet. Pricing was fair, communication was easy, and they left the place looking way better than I expected. Definitely worth it if you want that "brand new carpet" look without replacing anything. read more

Zerovap - Living room - Insulation Installation Near Me

My boyfriend and I hired Zerovap after we moved out of the house we were sharing with roommates, and I'm seriously impressed. There were a ton of animals in that house (literally 3 dogs and 3 cats) .. so much hair and dust and they made our old bedroom carpet look brand new. Like... our room ended up looking better than every other one in the house. The guys who came out were super nice, on time, and really professional. You can tell they actually care about the work they do. Definitely recommend them if your carpets need a serious refresh. They killed it! read more

Mother-in-law was telling me she'd like to get here garage door fixed as it was malfunctioning and old. She hasn't been able to open it automatically for a long time and has had to open it manually. As we all know, we're all getting older and having to do things manually isn't ideal forever and I wanted to make her life a little easier. I searched up companies in the area and came upon Evergreen Garage Door and Gate. I gave them a call for a quote and it all seemed fair and reasonable. We set up an appointment to get the work done and that was that. They showed up to the appointment on time, assessed the space and got straight to work. The team was kind and efficient. This is a huge plus to me. When the work they did was done my MIL couldn't thank me enough. The garage opens seamlessly and it's so quiet. Bonus points for getting my MIL to love me even more. Highly recommend this company if you're in this area needing garage door or gate work. Thanks guys! read more

I have 4 Wrought Iron Gates that I could never get to work properly at an apartment building. Friends recommended other contractors that made the problems worse. I decided to check Yelp and was lucky to find Evergreen Garage Door & Gate. They came a couple of times to measure and take photos of the job site to make sure everything was done properly. When they were finished I had 4 Wrought Iron Gates that not only worked perfectly, but looked like new. Evergreen's finish work is impeccable. All of my tenants are happy to have Gates that work properly and add security to the property. I will definitely call Evergreen Garage Door & Gate the next time I need work on my Garage Doors and Gates. High Quality Work and Reasonable Prices. I am very satisfied!! read more

Garage door finally needed to be replaced. I spent the week getting 5 different quotes and these folks came in with the most competitive offer. The workers showed up at the appointed time and completed the task of replacing the door and motor in the promised timeframe. This was one of the easiest home improvement projects I've ever booked for our home. Highly recommend these folks for garage door projects. read more

My parents were recently looking for a company to install a new garage door. I took the time to go online and help them find a company. I came across Evergreen Garage Door & Gate. The company stood out based on the excellent reviews. I called them and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. My parents were able to set up a virtual consultation. Several modern designs were emailed and the prices quoted fell in line with two other quotes from other companies. My parents decided to go with Evergreen & could not be happier. The garage door came out amazing and matched perfectly with the aesthetic of their new home remodel. The installation was completed on time and social distancing by the install techs was practiced. I highly recommend Evergreen Garage Door & Gate. read more

So my husband and I had a spring break on our garage door. Every number we called for quite seemingly went to the same receptionist....Until we called evergreen. Our car was stuck inside the garage so we wanted someone asap. Awesome service. Convinced us using facts to buy two springs instead of 1. Highly satisfied. read more

My friend had referred this company because they did an excellent job on installing her new garage door after her remodel. What a relief to have this company come and help us with our garage door. We were leaving to go out of town so we need fast assistance. They showed within hours of our call and managed to get the garage door working. I found their prices pretty reasonable after comparing them to 2 other companies who gave me quick quotes on the phone. read more

My garage door spring decided to snap in half one morning, just as I was about to leave the house for work. Evergreen was able to provide me with a quick response and a very competitive quote. My garage door was fully operational the next day. The service was a breeze and the repair tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He made the job look easy as it only took him about 30-45 minutes to remove the broken spring and install the new one. Before departing, he also provided me with a friendly reminder to spray the moving parts with WD-40 about every 3 months. Overall, would highly recommend. read more

AFTER THE WORK THEY DID I WILL NEVER GO TO ANYONE ELSE ! Requested a quote to replace my garage door, I was quoted a little less then I thought thinking they'd come see the area of work & tell me a higher price. (As ALOT of companies will do). After the inspection they were able to get me a even cheaper price then quoted in the same style I was looking for! Will be using them again this time for my fencing !! read more

asked me a whole bunch of question about installing gate, and asked for pictures basically gave them all they needed . they said will give a quote but never gave a quote. they didn't even bother to see the area in person like their competitors. a simple quote can't give. what make you think they can do a gate installation? got ghosted by them. recommend do not do business with them. they ask lot of questions and then ghost you. a bunch of b/s if you ask me. if they respond to this review and state facts that are different from my review they are lying. read more
