I always walked past this restuarant and it was always full. I didnt know what the rave was about so I gave it a try. Definitely need a reservation ! This place is really nice yet very loud; friendly staff and very experienced. Heard about this new pizza bar from friends.. they've all loved the pizza (take away and dine-in) but there was concern about the service when dining in. Thought I'd give it a go and see for myself: A friend and I decided on a well deserved study break and headed over to zero95 for a woodfire pizza. We arrived around 1845 on a Wednesday night to find the place bustling! Outside the door is a crate full of blankets prepping those brave souls who choose to dine outside in winter - nice touch! We walked in to find a queue of people waiting to pay for their takeaway orders and meals blocking the small enterance. This lead to wait staff not noticing us standing there hoping to be seated. After asking the cashier for a seat we were finally seated. We ordered the Arancini which to our delight was served with delicious bolognese sauce and topped with fried cheese! We ordered the Etna pizza - San Marzano Tomato, Fior Di Latte, N'Duja spicy paste, Roasted peppers and Basil (see pic) which was as delicious as it sounds! The pizza base was soft and fluffy.. green, red and yellow peppers added character and the spicy paste was tasty with a touch of heat. Half way through our meal we were asked to move to the bar as they needed our table for a group booking. We willingly obliged to being reseated despite not being advised of this when originally seated. Our new seat was next to the coffee machine, service area and main through way - very noisy and congested! This new seating put a dampner on our dining experience. Although the desserts looked amazing - we opted to get the bill and leave as we felt we were in the way of wait staff, other patrons and the long line of people waiting for a table. SUPER excited to have a great restaurant in the burbs. The pizza bases are delicious and the toppings are nice and fresh. We also had the Polenta Chips and Quinoa Salad. The Polenta Chips were served with Gorgonzola Sauce and it was delish. The quinoa salad had a nice texture, not overly tasty but great as a side to the very tasty pizza. There are MASSIVE jars of Nutella in the kitchen and I'd love to head back to try a Nutella Donut! The only thing I was disappointed in was the service. We went there for lunch and it wasn't overly busy but we were overlooked once we got our food. We found it hard to get anyone's attention to ask for some extra cutlery or even to order some coffees. Might be a one off thing, food is great so I'd definitely go back to give it another go! read more

Love the service here. And the menu is full of so many fantastic authentic Italian dishes. I loved the Garlic pizza the last time I was there. And their lattes are just right too. Excellent place to dine with your family and friends. Really nice atmosphere inside too. A couple of reviewers made a note about their service they received, when they visited during a packed out peak. They may not have received the attention of the staff during that time. Because this's an excellent restaurant, it might help to book ahead. Especially when visiting during their dinner peak. All the regulars know to book in advance. That way everything will run smoothly for you. Or maybe choose to dine there a little earlier. read more

Great food and great atmosphere! You feel like you're in Italy as soon as you walk in the door! The sights sounds and smells all take you there! Best pizza I've ever had! Can see why they have been voted and won worlds best pizza 2016! Service was great and thet accommodated our large party without any fuss and didnt mind that we were there till almost closing time. A highlight of the night was the dancing kitchen staff who put on a great show spinning and tossing pizza dough to cheesey music... a must see! read more

Definitely the best pizza in the eastern suburbs - as traditional as they come. The dough is deliciously light and the toppings - in our case a margarita - perfectly balanced. The service is efficient - they move things along quickly. The donuts and vanilla ice cream dripping in chocolate sauce (could be Nutella) is heaven in a bowl. read more

Really love this restaurant - I love the pizzas and salads. But I especially love the calamari and the ham calzone. If thinking about dining at this restaurant make a reservation a little while in advance as every night of the week tends to be extremely busy. Pizza was great. Service not so much. They were very busy and spent more time cleaning the tables than serving there customers. It seemed they may have been understaffed and only time you were spoken to is when you placed your order. In addition to that, we couldn't order any pizza based desserts because they only had a "few bases left". Very disappointing. read more

Have been to this place before and was impressed last time, but after my experience tonight I dont think I will be returning. The staff were very unfriendly and rude. When my friend asked about sparkling water the waiter rudely said we don't have it. When we proceeded to look at the menu they had the water she wanted on the menu, the waiter then rudely responded to her request about the menu. Overall food was delicious, but would purely not go back due to the staff. I wou,d rare enjoy my food in a friendly environment. read more
