Absolutely Horrible, rude, and childish. I would not recommend!!!!! I went at around 9 am this morning and was nearby and wanted to ask a question. I got to the "Zero Tint" Location, and I got out to ask the "looks like the owner" a Question. After about one sentence, he cut me off with no patience and presumed to ask me a question I was going to ask him. I have never felt so disrespected and a lack of customer service. Mind this, it was said with a disrespectful tone, and the other guys in the shop heard and did nothing, which means there is corruption. I said "ok" and went back to my car and then drove away. I proceeded to call the location and told them, "They should not be treating customers like this, and to let people finish their sentences." He proceeded to say, "You know what!" before I hung up the phone. Meaning he was about to go off on a customer... "Trash," in my opinion. Steve was really nice and detail when I called. I made an appointment. I came in and I already know what I wanted except the % of shade. He showed how it would look like. It took like an hour and a half. There is a waiting room with snacks, beverages, tv, charging phone. I felt that the owner is really detailed and the bathroom is very clean! After he finished, he called me and explained that it is lifetime warranty and keep my receipt very safe place; take picture etc. He showed how would nano ceramic would feel like when exposed to sun, which didnt feel that much heat. Extremely efficient and easy process from the very start. I reached out by phone in order to set up an appointment, where I was also provided the pre tax price. I received a follow up confirmation text the day before, and when I showed up, the entire process took only one hour from me getting there, to me leaving. I called Zero Tint last week and had the pleasure of speaking with Steve. He explained to me the service fee and description of the process for ceramic tints. I booked an appointment for the following week. So today, I went to get my ceramic tinting done. We went over the different shades and what he thought was most appropriate. Additionally, he showed me a a cool demonstration (no pun intended) of how well the ceramic tint can reduce heat from coming into your car. I got all my windows done including the front windshield. It took about two hours and time flew by as they have a small waiting room with WiFi, TV, and complementary drinks for customers As I was driving to work today, I could immediately tell the difference with the ceramic tint! When I am normally driving in hot weather (like today) my phone overheats easily even though it's not directly in the sunlight and even when my AC is on full blast. However, with the ceramic tint, I could barely feel the heat of the sunlight coming through the windows. I know that ceramic tint is more expensive than regular tint but I HIGHLY recommend it. Steve was awesome. His work is outstanding. You can tell his work is done by a pro. They only do nano ceramic IR tint which I think is one of the best and he offers lifetime warranty (yup lifetime as long as you own the car!). I did my Tesla model Y front doors first in the morning, but after I saw his work, I also brought in my Acura MDX the following afternoon. You can also tell his shop is fully equipped unlike other tint places. It's 110 degrees outside and not only is the waiting room in A/C full blast, he also gives out free cold soda and water. I've had an amazing overall experience with both cars that I've gotten tinted here, one 2023 Corolla Cross and one 2024 Rav4 Hybrid w/ Sunroof. Everything came out great and the turnaround was very quick - as others have mentioned there is also a very comfy waiting room. I showed up the first time with no appointment and Steve was still able to squeeze me in on the same day, tinting all windows on our Corolla Cross in an hour or so. Second time was also an equally smooth experience with the Rav4, the extreme heat (100+ degrees) was making adhesion even more difficult than usual but they paid attention to detail and made everything look perfect. Oh no, my tint got scratched to hell and I was in need for help. Last time I got my tint at another local Rowland Heights shop and they did a good job. Then I started to notice how every 1 star review was like a war with the owner... I am too old for that shit so I found a new spot here at zero tint. I called the number on Yelp and Justin answered the phone. He met me at the shop on the same day and assessed the damage and cost. He was very detailed and he definitely knows what he's talking about. After the assessment, he asked if I wanted to do it that day or make an appointment. I had free time so I left my car in the shop and went to get lunch around 99 ranch market (no, that walk is really not that far, work your pandemic legs yo). After lunch I just chilled at the shop and wait for the car to get done. During the wait, Justin found some time to give me a drink and showed me the restroom. It's a very friendly environment even though there was only him working. He quoted 2 hours and it took about just that long to get it done. My car looked alive again with those 35% ceramic tints, thank you zero tint, you are awesome. I had a bad experience elsewhere before, where a store claiming to be very professional assured me that cutting the tint film on the glass would definitely not scratch the glass. However, the result was that both the glass and the rubber seal were scratched.
