Party of 3 kids, 8 adults luckily we purchased tickets at pre-sale price. We arrived 10mins before 7pm (opening time) on a Sunday. The line was getting longer, thankfully we were the 3rd party in line we didn't wait long and the safe worked fast and efficiently. As soon as 7pm rolled around they opened their gates. They checked bags and used hand held metal detectors. The staff were nice. There were so many beautiful decorations. As soon as the sun came down it was even more beautiful with the lights. I loved that there were so many kid friendly activities and they also had a show. Inexpensive fun for the whole family.

My boyfriend and I tried the Space Marines Zero Latency VR, and it was SO much fun and packed with action. I had never done VR before, and this definitely set the bar high! We also tried the Terminator VR and a cooking VR experience, and there were so many other games to choose from. The facility has tons of parking and would be such a fun spot for birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, work events, or a night out with friends. They even offer mobile VR for events! I do recommend taking motion sickness medicine before playing if you are sensitive to motion movement. We had an amazing time and will definitely be bringing our friends back. Highly recommend!

Pros: lots of alcohol, super friendly vendors, San Pellegrino everywhere to keep you hydrated, nicely decorated with Day of Dead photo ops, fresh hot tacos (all delicious) with fancy toppings, restaurants from TJ, Mexicali, SD, variety of tacos from lengua to Thai to ahi to salmon, free parking, nice variety of alcohol from sangria to beer to wine to hard cider. Cons: long lines, waste of plates, no table tops/belly ups or seats unless part of VIP section, no dessert booths, lots of empty booths and/or vendors ran out of food before 2:00. But getting to go for free makes me even embarrassed to bring up the cons. Truly it was a great event. Liberty Station was a great venue for this because it was spacious for the amount of people in attendance. Tix were sold out. Parking is easy and free. Only caveat: I didn't check out restrooms or see them but I do wish there were handwashing stations around. Some vendors were eating with the same gloved hands they were serving from.

We brought it up to the lady behind the counter and she said she would get the IT guy. We waited about 5 minutes for someone to finally come around and he goes "It always does that" We expected a refund or something, but nothing. For $5 a picture, what a rip off. If it doesn't work "All the time" how about fixing it and putting an "Out of order" sign on it, so you don't waste $5 on a picture you can't use? Terrible customer service.

I used the card on one of the games but the game was not responding. I tried again and still no response. I decide to go to the counter to see if someone could either take a look at the game or if i could get the credits back. I get to the counter and see 3 or 4 workers just standing there talking, no one acknowledges me. I look around some more and see one worker on the far left helping some customers and another worker on the far right helping some other people. Ok, I'm assuming there's two lines and the 3 or 4 other employees are just taking a break or something. Not a big deal, so i get in the line to the far right. There is one person currently being helped, two teens and then me. The employee finishes with the first customer and then helps the two teens. He finishes with them and when he gets to me he just turns and walks away. He does not say a word, just turns and walks away. A simple "I'll be back in a minute" or even just putting your hand up and saying "gimme a sec" would be totally fine. Instead, no communication, just walks away. I told the group of 3 or 4 people just standing there that I needed assistance and one of them went to refill my card. As i was waiting the guy who was serving the line on the far left came over and asked if I needed help. He was really friendly (he looked Asian or Mexican). Anyways, he's the only reason I'm giving that place two stars instead of one.

For parking, I suggest parking by the JC Penny. After checking in on the first floor, the group takes an elevator down the basement where all the game rooms are located. After winding down a long hallway, we reached the Game Show Studio. There are cubbies available to place your belongings but we were able to bring our bags with us inside. We had a party of 11 and we divided into two groups. A group of 14 (to maybe 16) can fit in this room where each person has a buzzer. The experience lasted maybe 45 minutes and it was filled with interactive games. I had a great time because it was only our friend group inside. I'm not sure how it would be if there were other groups in there with you. Shoutout to our wonderful hosts Lyv and Shawn for making my first experience at a Game Show Studio memorable!
