Good quality food. The boneless wings have a nice sweet and spicy taste to them. The cheeto cheese fries are amazing!!! It will be nice when they expand their menu to offer more read more

I ordered the Ube Milkshake. Presentation came out very cute with a toasted marshmallow, a ribbon candy and a marshmallow weave candy. It was very tasty and my 2 years old loves it. I also ordered the popcorn chicken with BBQ sauce for my nephew but he didn't care for it because the bbq sauce was a bit spicy. It's a good deal for the amount I paid for but the chicken kind of taste old. I wanted to purchase another drink for our long drive home but the lady that made my food just left my food at the counter for me to grab it and she turned away quickly to the back so that was kind of sucks that she didn't wait to see it I need anything else or at least wait untill we left. read more

the carne asada fries are fucking mackin here. Way better than the humble location. They make their shits super mackin with the sour cream and cheese sauce. The dude that makes them some white is a master at his craft. Props to that dude. And the fucking pickled onion oooweee. It's not like socal carne asada fries but pretty good probably the best version I've had here in houston, even from these wack ass food trucks read more

Obsessed. First of all this place is snack food, drunk food, stoner food, greatness. Elotes with flaming hot Cheetos and fries....with boba take my money! I ate at this place like 3 days straight. I honest like well developed food and a self proclaimed foodie, but every now and again I just want junk food and this hits the spot. I would eat here practically everyday if I lived close by. read more

I've been to several locations of this franchise. Everything has been consistent with drinks and foods. I love how they make all the fruity drinks from real fruits in front of you. Not powder or artificial flavors unlike other tea houses around town. So I know I'm drinking the real deal! Their chicken-popcorn, Cajun fries and peach blossom green tea are my favorites here! Chicken bits are tender enough to bite on with a crunch on the outside. The line is always long on the weekends. They are just open so it's expected! I came on a weekday, there was no wait. Foods came out fast and fresh. The staffs were nice enough to walk me though the menu since I didn't bring my glasses. Another star from me for the well-designed of this place. Everything is so instagram worthy!! read more

Stopped in to see what all the hype was about, and was not very impressed. The milk tea was sub par and the hot Cheeto elite tasted a little off to what you'd usually expect it to taste like. Price: 2 bubble tea drinks + 2 hot cheeto elotes = $25 + dollars. Kind of overpriced, in my opinion. It was okay to try once, but I can't say that this is something I'd crave or want to go back to try again. read more

We were super excited about trying this place and walked in 45 min before they closed. We were told they were already cleaning up for the night and we didn't get to try it :( if you want to stop serving 45 min early, just close 45 min early - super disappointed. read more

Service was super slow tonight. When we came in, there was only ONE couple ahead of us. I was really disappointed when I was told they were out of boba. Do they not make anymore when they see it's about to run out? It wasn't even 7 pm yet and they don't close until 9:30. It took them about 15 minutes to pour some pre-made milk/Thai tea in a cup. On top of that, my drinks were made incorrectly. The cashier was not so friendly either. I live an hour away and this is the only location I prefer to go to. Better luck next time maybe? read more

I havent tried the food yet, but the drinks are really good! The watermelon slush is super refreshing and the pina colada is great as well.

TLDR: Big chain, great products. Where else you gonna go for a decent mangonada in this area? What a great treat to find this dreamy spot inside a Heb shopping center. The place is an insta dream and luckily the food and drinks are ridiculously precise. The staff are knowledgable and the place is pristine. It's super packed on Sundays when I came, there were several tables available but just be aware it may fill up fast. Will definitely be back!!! read more

This place had bad reviews but I was optimistic people were just being too critical. Plus most of it was on the service and I was ordering so‍. Anyway shrimp is good. Shell on actually not bad and great flavor. Corn was like straight out of a can with no added seasoning. Two dense hard rice cups also not good. In the matcha milk tea I ordered the boba: some were hard and chewy and some were soft like im used to and prefer. Maybe get food here only if you're getting the protein..? read more

I wanted to checked out the place because I always knew zero degrees had aesthetically pleasing food and drinks, but never had the opportunity because they're usually a few towns away, but suddenly one arrived to Baytown and I decided to finally give it a try - I ordered a mangonada and hot Cheetos elites, and these are fun to to eat as a snack rather than a meal. I would come again and finger crossed they have the Chinese design travel bottle in stock! read more

This place is pretty good, the drinks are awesome, I tried a mangonada and a cucumber limeade which was super good. I also tried the hot Cheeto elote and was a little disappointed by the flavor, I felt that the mayo overpowered the taste of the added Cheetos and even the cheese but overall my order was fast and correct so I couldn't be happie Upon further review I ordered a split cup cucumber limeade was delicious, I made a mistake of ordering the strawberry bliss and boy was it a huge mistake. It tasted like laundry detergent smells read more

It was gross. The tiger tea was out of Boba. The fries were greasy and the elote tasted like the corn cake out of a can. Their name does not lie- this place is a 0/0. read more

They tried to rip us off. We bought multiple combos and their menu specifically says that to add a split cup is an extra 3.50 as one of their deals. So, when we get the receipt they charged us full price for the drinks. When we brought it up to them they said that they don't count that even though their menu specifically states they do. They refused to honor their menu prices. We got a refund for our ticket and left. We didn't eat here and never will. Be careful with what they are charging you. read more

Not the same anymore. I always order ube milk shake and I have to pay extra now for more brulee to make it creamier. I am a filipino and I like ube a lot. I have to rely on " more brulee" to make it creamy. Its not creamy no more. The straw is also short , I have to take off lid so i can finish it. Please make your straw a little taller cuz we use it to mix too it s a little annoying. My family had stop buying in baytown and we only get in pearland when we visit a family member there. They have really creamy ube shake there and taller straws in Pearland. read more

Their drinks are amazing. The food is good, I especially love their corn and carne asada fries.

Horrible, advertise on yelp that if we check in, we can get $2 for coffee and the owner or manager won't honor it. She states that if we buy a combo, we can add a drink for $2.00. I would understand if yelps states that, but it does not....wont be back. Look at my picture coupon I posted. I feel like it's a scam for people to come in. The customer behind saw what was happening, walked out also because they were coming in to use the yelp coupon. read more

Nice small place with good music. The food was great if you like trying new things like me . My wife loves all their drinks and the flamin' hot corn. I thought the girls in front were a bit rude, but I will still be back very soon. read more

I visited on in July, in the afternoon. I'm not from the town, I was staying around for work. I've gone to a zero degrees before, so I know how it goes after I order, I get asked for my receipt to confirm the food I'm getting is what I ordered. My friend and I came in and immediately noticed the staff looked like they didn't want to be there. I'd understand if they were busy and feeling overwhelmed but it was actually settle and not too busy. So we come up to the register and the the cashier (there were 2 girls in the front) just stared at me and I couldn't tell whether or not I could order or?? So I asked if i could order and the girl just looked at me and said yes and asked what I wanted, so my friend and I ordered a cucumber limeade and the peach blossom, hot Cheeto elote w fries and their new cereal ice cream. While we sat and waited, my friends and I noticed that the cashiers were making faces towards the customers that were eating inside, there were kids and such so we thought it was unprofessional to work in a customer service environment if you don't want to give customer service. Our orders came out separately, so the first drink I wasn't asked for my receipt even though I offered since I've been to a zero degrees before and they typically ask so I offered and it was turned down so I was like okay no problem, then the 2nd order came out which was the food and this time it was a guy who handed me my order, asked for my receipt, reviewed it and everything was fine, his attitude was much better than the girls in the front. Then my 2nd drink comes out, and it's the same person who handed me my first drink, and asked for my receipt, in which I was confused because the first time she gave me my order she didn't ask, then the 2nd time she looks at me and wants to ask to check, so I didn't have a problem with it since I'm the first place I offered her to review it anyways, so I gave her my receipt and she didn't even look at it? And said okay did you get anything else? I said yes. I also ordered the cereal sundae. You can check my receipt and she just told me okay and passed me my receipt. So even though I was annoyed, I held it in and just waited to receive my last order and just leave. At that point I reminded myself it's not me, it's them because I never came at them with an attitude, I never got aggressive nor gave any signs of giving them a reason to give me attitude. Then came out the last part of my order, got it, asked once again if she wanted to check my receipt, and turned it down. So I left with annoyance lol. The food and drinks were good. But the customer service was terrible. I'm not saying I request royalty treatment, but I didn't expect to come into a business to be treated like I shouldn't be there lol My advice is staff associates who actually want to work and understand a job comes with having to give customer service. read more

Y'all this was the best!! We had a Cookie Monster and Pina Colada drink they both were amazing. The best part was the food. Chilotes and Carne Asada fries. All I'm saying is my taste buds were having a party. They do need some help in the front. But overall that didn't negate from the yummy afterglow that I have from this experience. Will definitely be back!!! read more

Zero degrees is an okay place. It's really good I really like their taro horchata it's just really sweet. The boba is okay but I think it could be better. This place would need some improvement but that's just my opinion on it, some other people really like this and some people hate it. read more

Not really sure what all the hype was about. It was overpriced, took FOREVER and the food was sub-par at best. I love elotes, and I was highly let down. This place is good but not like i thought ..the drinks habe good flavor but pricy.i had the asada fries and didnt have much carne asada.

I've never had zero degrees so I was a bit excited to try. Ordered the mangonada with light on chamoy sauce and light tajin of course I didn't get it that way. I ended up scooping some of the tajin off and throwing some of my mango chunks away cause it was loaded with tajin. I couldn't do anything with the chamoy so I decided I was gonna just deal with it. Worked in service industry so I just wasn't gonna send it back. I ordered popcorn chicken and fries but it took 40 mins to make. First experience I wasn't very impressed. Although, a friend of mine had very good experiences at Houston location because he saw my snap and was raving... told him I was in Baytown. Maybe I'll try the one in Houston out to see if my experience there would be the same as my experience here. Maybe better next time because there were other drinks I wanted to try as well. read more

The cup was served clean on the outside which I really appreciate. We also purchased the Cookie Monster and really loved the roasted marshmallow it was served with. My son ordered the cereal milkshake with Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and he loved it. The cereal wasn't stale and the ice cream texture was perfect. Spicy watermelon drink was good but the fries were not very good. But I'll go back to try another menu item.

I do NOT recommend this establishment. At least if you are caucasian. The young girl at the order counter didn't even look up and acknowledge me until I said hello after standing there for almost a minute. Once I placed my order she got my drink out to me in quick time. However 20 minutes later my food still hadn't come. A simple order at that. While I watched other guests at the small cafe type joint leave with there to go orders placed after my to go order was placed. I asked the young girl who seemed to be managing. She told me it was on the way. After I explained that I was waiting longer than other guests who came after me with bigger orders. She repeated herself with an attitude like I was bothering here. The only difference in all the other folks there, I am caucasian. They were of hispanic or African decent. I waited another 10 minutes then left with no food and no $7 refund for my food. Lesson learned. I will never repeat this mistake. read more
